This or that, right or wrong, good or bad. This concept of duality very much drives the world we live in. Which is no wonder why many get confused and lost along the way.

Should I do this or that to lose weight? Is this workout good or bad? Is this diet right or wrong?

Truth is, growth happens in the grey area.

We’ve got a lifetime to work on our health, yet many are impatient when it comes to appreciating the journey.

Think about this: the FINAL destination in life is death.

So why are we rushing to achieve “goals”?

American philosopher Ken Wilber once said: “You can choose to die old and well OR young and diseased”.

How about making the CONSCIOUS choice to eat well AND train hard, while allowing yourself the simple pleasures of life?

This is how I’ve spent the past 2 years shifting my mindset, allowing to myself to live a more wholesome and fulfilling life.

看到更多「以後不聽了」（雖然我嚴重懷疑他們有聽）的評論。

個人自由啦，我只想提一下美國有個饒舌歌手Afroman, 把抽辜蟹這件事寫成一首歌，在美國多數州還沒有全面合法化的年代，除了至今累積了2億的youtube點閱率，也把Afroman推上樂壇的最高殿堂：葛萊美獎。

這首歌叫「because I got high」。

國情不同沒錯，不以人廢言也許是個值得思考的事情，就像我有時候還是會聽lost prophets或是r.Kelly的歌，但那又另一個故事了。

期待の気持ちを込めて、誰かを「あてにする」や「頼りにする」は、英語ではどのように表現するのでしょうか？

「Count on」は「～を頼りにする」や「～を当てにする」、または「〜を期待する」の意味として使われるPhrasal verb（句動詞）です。「Count」は、数を数えることを意味することからも想像しやすいと思いますが、「count on + 人」のかたちで表現することで、「（人）を数える」、つまり「（人）を当てにする」を意味することになります。
　
✔「Count on」＋「me/you/him/her」で使われることが一般的。
　
✔「私に任せてください！」のことを「_____ count(s) on me」と表現できる。
　
＜例文＞
　
You shouldn't count on him. He's unreliable.
（彼を当てにしないようがいいよ。彼は信頼できないから。）
　
You can count on me. I'll get the job done.
（僕に任せてください。きっちりとやりますから。）
　
〜会話例〜

A: I'm counting on you to do a great job tomorrow.
（明日、成功することを期待しているよ。）

B: Don't worry. I won't let you down.

人を頼りにするや当てにするという意味では、「Rely on」は、意味も用法も「Count on」とまったく同じで、特に使い分けルールはございません。しかし、「rely on」は物やサービス、テクノロジーに頼る場合にも使われ、何かに依存している意味合いが含まれます。
　
＜例文＞
　
You can really rely on him. He is trustworthy.
（彼は頼りになります。信頼できる人です。）
　
I would panic if I lost my cell phone. I rely on it so much.
（携帯をなくしたらパニックします。私は携帯にすごく頼っているので。）
　
〜会話例〜

A: I wouldn't rely on him. He's very flaky.
（彼は当てにしないほうがいいよ。本当にいい加減だから。）
