This was the first time the kids tried out these colouring mats from @erdaally and I must say all of them enjoyed it. I usually have to leave them alone when I am buying our food and since one of our rules is not having any gadgets at mealtimes, they will usually be chatting or playing finger games. It is a norm to hear bickers and whines at times but thanks to the mats, all of them were kept busy and happily colouring till I got back.
Surprisingly, even the big girl said she liked it because of the intricate design of the placemat and how she could colour in the small spaces bit by bit. Swipe to see more. The pack comes with 3 mats of different themes - namely Fox Tales, Good Night and Fantasy - which vary in design and difficulty so the kids can take turns to colour each of them.
I like how these mini placemats are just the right size, lightweight, portable and fit nicely into my bag. The mats are made of food grade silicone and the dry-erase markers are non-toxic and chemical-free too, making them safe for our little ones. To reuse, simply ask the kids to wipe them clean with a wet wipe and they can start all over again. I will definitely bring these out again for our mum-and-kids outings soon!
