台灣蜂鳥(長喙天蛾) 就在你身邊，只要注意花叢上，就有可能是發現飛舞的精靈 - 台灣蜂鳥。
長喙天蛾是少數在白天覓食的天蛾 (俗稱飛天蝦)，由於覓食花蜜的飛行姿態很像美洲的蜂鳥 ，所以又稱為台灣蜂鳥，它在花叢覓食的時候樣子很像一隻飛天的蝦子，這是飛天蝦的由來。
為了找尋 台灣蜂鳥，草牛頂著八月的艷陽下上山(陽明山)下海(公司田溪順流到海邊)， 在草叢裡被蚊子叮了不少包，很幸運的找到了它的蹤跡，由於是用手機相機拍的所以畫面不是很理想，下次有機會用好一點的設備再拍一些影片和照片。
