今天 9/28 加州米其林的榜單熱騰騰出爐了！
去年因為疫情關係跳過一年
今年也有一些小變化。
三星的餐廳因為去年 The Restaurant at Meadowood 被大火燒掉了因此被拿掉
二星的部分則有兩家最近這一兩年我拜訪過
當時印象都很不錯的一星餐廳
今年被升級為兩星
來跟大家分享一下。

第一家就是位於加州北邊一號公路的 Harbor House Inn
Harbor House Inn 餐廳的主廚 Matthew Kammerer 榮獲 2019 Food & Wine 的最佳新大廚
以及 2020 美食屆奧斯卡的 James Beard Award 半決賽優勝者
這家 Harbor House Restaurant 在 2019 年初次榮獲米其林一星的殊榮
並在今年 2021 晉升為二星。
餐廳料理使用 Mendocino 當地種植的蔬菜水果以及新鮮捕獲的魚類貝類
各種奶油、醋、麵包等也都是由主廚與他的團隊製作的
料理方式以火烤、蒸、以及煙燻為主
是海鮮結合加州與日式料理
非常符合亞洲人的口味！

之前看到有人分享不喜歡午餐
不少餐廳的午餐跟晚餐滿有差異的
目前吃過之後有幾個朋友陸續拜訪
大家也都非常喜歡 Harbor House Inn 的晚餐。

Harbor House Inn 除了是一家餐廳也是飯店
可以選擇入住飯店或是面海的小木屋
隔天早上還會有精緻的早餐可以享用。
由於這裡距離灣區有一大段路
建議可以選擇入住這家飯店本身
或是像我們一樣住在一樣緊鄰一號公路北邊大約 10 英里的 Heritage House Resort
海景是目前我住過最美的一家飯店！

6 8pm Harbor house (order take away, มีคนมาขอพี่พลอยถ่ายรูป , บอกเขาแล้วว่าไม่ถ่ายดีกว่าเพราะ ช่วงนี้โควิดระบาด ), เขาบอกไม่เป็นไร เขาขอถ่ายอยู่ดี พี่พลอยพยายาม ปฏิเสธ แล้ว
