每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。

As a certified Sound Healing practitioner, Jocelyn records a Tuning Forks healing protocol she once used to relieve her own insomnia into this single, merging Sound Healing with Cantopop, a first of its kind. l am good at innovating complex backgrounds to highlight or metaphor themes, and use delicate and smooth brush strokes to inject life and emotion between the media and linen. With the essence of primitive art and the style of neo-expressionism, it innovates the mind and vision of contemporary visual art.
