I’ve always believed that gender exists on a spectrum, and gender expression can be a lot more dynamic than most think. Such freedom of fluid expression is a right for all, regardless of the identity assigned based on biological traits at birth.

I’ve been studying about feminine and masculine energy. Not gonna lie...in the beginning I couldn’t help but wonder if some sexist person created this as a game of stereotypes. Yet I have learned so much about myself in the process of exploring the balance of such energies in my relationships.

During past crises I tended to rely on myself so much that I have lost that intimate connection with my heart. It was almost like, survival depended on shutting down emotions that would make me “weak” when things were tough. When I got hurt by people, I’d try to forgive so quickly that I forgot to tend to my own wounds. Over the past years, my parents would constantly check in on me, reminding me to “ask for financial support” when things got rough. Yet I’ve almost always toughed things out myself because I didn’t want anyone to worry about me.

It was only during recent times that I learned to express deeper feelings more honestly, and my “feminine” side came into play.

This was when I started to lean back, relax a little, and let things unfold on their own. I appreciated relationships that happened organically without crazy games of pushing or pulling. I began to move with the flow of life, and got more in touch with my internal being. It became easier to connect with people on a deeper level without being afraid of getting hurt. At the end of the day, you can’t make a genuine connection with someone else, unless you accept and connect with yourself.

My point is, we all have masculine and feminine sides. It is okay for a girl to be tough, or not. It is also okay for a guy to be weak, or not. How we express ourselves and whom we love should be completely up to our own choice. Who cares about the approval from another human being?

Dikembe Mutombo looked as if he'd been playing with the Philadelphia 76ers for years instead of hours.

Mutombo had 17 points, 13 rebounds and five blocked shots in his debut with Philadelphia as the 76ers beat the Detroit Pistons 99-78 Friday night.
"He changed the whole game with his defense and rebounding," said Philadelphia's Allen Iverson, who had 43 points and 10 rebounds.
Mutombo was traded along with Roshown McLeod from Atlanta to Philadelphia on Thursday for Theo Ratliff, Nazr Mohammed and Pepe Sanchez in the most-significant deal of the NBA season.
After the game, Mutombo looked relieved to be sitting in a folding chair with ice packs surrounding both knees.
He flew from Atlanta to Philadelphia late Thursday night, had a physical at 7 a.m., then arrived in Detroit at about 5 p.m. Friday.
"I need some sleep," Mutombo said. "But really, I'm so excited to be with this group of guys. They're all about winning and we have a great coach."
Philadelphia coach Larry Brown was glad that Mutombo was able to provide a lot of the same things as Ratliff.
"He rebounded and defended like he has his whole career," Brown said. "I thought he was terrific ... I think it's pretty remarkable what he was able to do under those circumstances."

Mutombo started and played 36 minutes. He made 7-of-12 shots and 3-of-4 free throws.
"There is not much difference between the Sixers with Theo Ratliff and with Mutombo," said Detroit's Ben Wallace, who had 17 rebounds. "They both clog the middle and block a lot of shots. Theo is a little more athletic and Mutombo is a little bigger."
The game also marked the debut of Detroit's Corliss Williamson, who scored six points and grabbed four rebounds.
Williamson was traded by Toronto along with Kornell David, Tyrone Corbin and a conditional first-round pick to Detroit for Jerome Williams and Eric Montross. Detroit released Corbin and put David on the injured list.
"It was unfair to play him, but once Ben (Wallace) got those two quick fouls, I didn't have much choice," Detroit's George Irvine said. "It's been a whirlwind for him, but he'll be fine. He did a nice job out there."

裏で動いている専用のツールを使い、可能な限り実力差をなくしてチーム分けを行うプラベです。

It’s special private battles that makes no rank gaps between the both team as possible.

* If there are many players, I’ll do HP mode for taking turns to spectate. If you put “†DRYH” after your in-game name, it makes longer to let you to take a turn. You don’t need to take turns if you have a YouTube membership.

You may use these commands inside “” to Nightbot to react you. The same command can be used only once in 5 sec. Try again if you can get a reaction.

“!weapon”
The weapon will be randomly chosen. Use that weapon when we play random weapons private.

“!japan”
It tells you the local time in Japan.

The bot will give you a random quote from CoD series.
