Last week at @orchardhealthclinic my therapist, Vanessa, said my neck is in a much better shape than it did 2 weeks ago, the muscles are a lot, a lot more relaxed. What changed, she asked.
What changed is, I managed to sleep from 10pm-5am bcos Layla slept though the night after 2 weeks of waking up every 3hrs.
With sufficient rest, i woke up feeling superb, emotionally and physically. I was completely in awe with what one night of rest can do to the body!
Even superman needs a break. Moreover, we, moms, are just human with superhuman abilities.
We know we need to rest. But once baby naps or goes to bed at night, suddenly we realize we have clothes to fold, floor to sweep, clothes to pack and all that nonsense. Mommies, STOP! Lol..

In this session, we will take you through simple stretches and a science-based mediation exercise that will help you to release tension, reduce cortisol and access deeper levels of relaxation.
Unlike previous sessions, there'll be no sharing, no htht, you dont even need to switch on your video. Just come in your pyjamas and earphones, and be ready to relax!
