Me in my happy place 🤗
-
A few years ago, spending 4 months bouncing around between gyms would have frustrated me 😤 It’s almost impossible to progressively overload exercises when you’re constantly changing machines. Even if the “weight” is the same, there’s a myriad of different factors that will affect the load placed on the target muscles at different contractile lengths.
-
These days I’m just a different type of geek 🤓 I’m obsessed with admiring machines that are designed well, and the challenge of using ones that aren’t 🧩 I embrace the puzzle of optimising a piece of equipment and how the more experience I build doing so, the better rehearsed I am to help answer questions from coaches because I’ve done the thinking in advance 🤔
-
I’ve also learnt that you rarely come up with a great idea first time round. Provided you’re able to keep a mindset of what you currently think not being “the best” and there always being a slightly better solution, the more times you’ve been around the block, questioned your previous thoughts and adjusted the accordingly, the more refined your current thought processes will be 🧐
-
I train to force strong contractions, and I’m pretty sure that if I push myself hard enough I’m not going to get much weaker just because I’m not being a slave to my logbook 📋 Don’t get me wrong - I’m all for tracking and continued improvement in the pursuit of measured progress, and it has its time and place.
-
For me though, to sustain a passion for being in the gym for a lifetime, you have to follow what currently makes being in that environment as stimulating and fulfilling as possible 😃 In the past it’s been overcoming injuries, optimising for sports performance or just chasing numbers. Currently it’s growing my experience and challenging my critical thinking 🔣
-
Kinda cool how fun a place even the most alien and poorly equipped gym can become, once you’re equipped with the knowledge to take getting “creative” in the gym away from coming up with what is essentially resisted choreography 🕺🏻 and towards playing with The Exercise Continuum & The Exercise Equation (two RTS trademarks) ™️

【男友求生手冊 】來一課拍攝技巧101
⭐與其投訴男友拍得差
⭐不如一齊研究如何可以拍得更好
#星期三CheckCheckMail
幫女友影相呃Like

Help your girlfriend take photos that will win ‘likes’
Photography tips every boyfriend should learn
“Sigh, my girlfriend wants to be a KOL. She always asks me to take photos of her, but then she also criticizes my photography skills. Now I feel stress every time she wants me to take the photos.”
CheckCheckCin: Based on unofficial statistics, nine out of ten women are unhappy with the fact that their boyfriends or husbands do not know how to take proper photos of them. To be honest, it takes two to quarrel. First, women should not treat men as professional photographers. If they have tried their best, then give credit where credit is due. On the other hand, men should also better understand women’s needs and not brush them off as if they are not important. It will be fun for couples to study photography techniques together!
Based on the feedback from some women, here are some problems they found in the photos taken by their boyfriends:
.Bad angle
The girlfriend might have demonstrated how to shoot, but the boyfriend still fails to produce the effect she wants! Don’t forget about the difference in height! What you see from your height might be very different from that of his. Try taking a photo first and make adjustments accordingly.
.Top-down or bottom-up angle?
Women are good at capturing the V-shaped face in their selfies, but their boyfriends will always accentuate their rounded features instead! Remember to take a half-body shot or close-up profile from a high angle to create that V-shaped face. When taking a full-body shot, remember to shoot from a low angle so the person can look taller and more slender.
.Random objects and people
Perhaps your boyfriend’s world revolves around you, and he does not see anything else. Since you are the center of his attention, he might have unconsciously included people walking past and random objects in the photo as well. It would be nice for the girlfriends to remind the boyfriends to take note of the mess in the background!
.Blur and out of focus
A clear image is the most fundamental principle in photography. It is hard to blame the girlfriends for throwing a tantrum if they cannot see their faces clearly in the photos. In order to avoid taking photos that are blurry and out of focus, try taking photos in places with proper lighting. If you tend to shiver, try resting your hands on a wall or a pillar to stabilize your body.
.Round face and selfie
Everyone knows the closer we are to the camera when taking a selfie, the rounder our face will be in the photo. So guys, remember to position yourself in front of the camera and make the ladies stand behind you. They will appreciate you for the ‘sacrifice’ you made!
Equip yourself with basic photography knowledge so your girlfriends will feel like they are the happiest women in the world. Of course, you will need practice to sharpen your skills. Good luck! If you feel stressed about this, drink a cup of dragon fruit rose tea to soothe the liver and relieve your anxiety!
✔️CheckCheckCin Paper Pack Drink Recommendation : Dragon fruit rose tea

What is a real estate bank and how to implement it to invest profitably?
December 21, 2020
Phnom Penh: What is Land Bank for sure? And what kind of investment methods should be available to make a profit? And be successful, have free cash and be able to retire for 15 years.
Nget Chou, an economist and real estate analyst, said that US real estate investors John Jacob Astor and Songsakdi used the "Land Banking" strategy. In the long run, focusing on high potential land in the suburbs has succeeded in becoming a billionaire real estate billionaire.
"Cambodia is also a country with a lot of potential in the land sector, so I believe that you, especially the youth, can use this strategy to be able to Retire only 15 years. ”
He gave the example that if you are 25 years old and you save $ 500 per month or $ 6,000 per year to invest in Land with a 20% increase in value per year, 15 years later (when you are 40) you can have about half a million dollars in assets.
Half a million dollars is not much, but you can retire if you know how to live a simple life (that is, spend less) and know Manage those assets to continue to increase revenue or as additional assets.
The above example is just a simple case, obviously if you are a person who is patient, good at saving or using capital sources from the bank and is smart. Very smart to invest in 15 years, you can save millions of dollars through real estate banks.
To achieve the above results, you should implement these 4 steps:
Building skills: You need to learn about investing and how to do land banking from experienced individuals, find out about legal, marketing and other skills. Such as negotiation, etc. In particular, you should have a person with practical experience as a mentor to help orient and advise you.
Second, investment planning: You need to use your long-term time effectively. How much land will you invest in each year? How much land? In what area? How much is the investment capital? Where do you get the capital from? What percentage of your salary is increased each year to increase your investment potential?
Third, wealth accumulation, you begin to study investment options according to the plan. Every year you follow a plan and have some flexibility depending on the actual situation. Then you wait to see the evolution through economic growth and the construction of infrastructure such as roads, water, electricity, housing and factories. Etc. Population growth is starting to pick up, demand for land is getting stronger and prices are going up accordingly.
Fourth, wealth distribution: About 15 years later, you are reaping the rewards of investing in a visionary land bank. You can sell some land to generate monthly income or sell some land to invest in a warehouse or building for rent or investment In the company, the director of the annual dividend to feed the family and enjoy a life of financial freedom.
These investment activities are all contributing to the development of the national economy. Some land that still has the potential to increase in value should continue to be kept as an asset increase.
Mr. Nget Chou stated that the above article is the result of practical implementation, study, research and analysis in the context of the Cambodian market and economy.

i will follow up accordingly 在 Rayner Teo Youtube 的精選貼文
Rayner: In today’s episode, I have a question from Zac, who asked, "Hey Rayner, how do you manage correlations in your trading?" So, before I talk about how I do it, I want to share with you two things about correlations that most traders don't quite get.
[00:00:30] Number one is this, correlations are always changing. If you look back in time, in the '08, '09 financial crisis, you will see that the stock markets are declining, going down, right? And if you look at the bond markets, it's actually going up. Because money is taken out of the stock markets, into the bond markets as a safe haven. So, that is why you have this negative correlation between the bonds and the stock markets.
But if you look at, let's say, recent times, you would notice that both the stock and bond markets are actually moving up in tandem. You can see that the correlation has changed over the last few years.
[00:01:00] So, that's the first point that I want to bring across, is that number one, correlations, they change over time. So what is correlated in the past, does not mean that the correlation will hold in the future, okay?
And number two is this, is that correlations can change depending on the timeframe you're looking at. Let's say, for example, you trade the FX markets, you know the Eurodollar, and pound dollar, and they appear to be correlated on a daily timeframe. But if you go down to, let's say, the lower timeframe, you might see that hey, they're actually negatively correlated.
[00:01:30] So, the second thing that I want to point out is that correlations also depend on the timeframe you're looking at. So that's two things that I want to bring across. So now to share with you, how do you manage correlations in a market? Let me share with you a few things that you can use. The first thing is, you can divide your risk accordingly.
[00:02:00] So, for example, let's say you are bullish on the Euro. You are thinking about buying either Euro Aussie or Euro New Zealand and you can't decide. What you can do is split your risk across this two currency pairs. For example, if you usually risk like 2% on each trade. Now what you can do is risk 1% on Euro Aussie and 1% on Euro New Zealand. Right? That's the first thing you can do. Split the risk.
[00:02:30] The second thing you can do is to, what I call, pick the strongest market to long and short the weakest market. So if for example, Euro Aussie and Euro New Zealand, you realize that Euro Aussie is a stronger currency to long compared to New Zealand, maybe because the moving rate is steeper or maybe because Euro Aussie is the first market that breaks out.
What you can do is, long the strongest and ignore the second tier currency pair. That's another way you can go about it.
[00:03:00] And the final thing to share is understanding the markets you're trading. For example, which markets are correlated, which are not correlated, how strong the correlation, how weak their correlation and stuff like that. It's really based on understanding the markets, watching the markets, and then knowing which are the different correlations out there because it's always changing as I've shared with you earlier. Understanding the markets would definitely help you as a trader, dealing with correlations.
And so, that's pretty much it for this week's question. If you have anything that you want me to answer, just let me know in the comments section below, all right, and I'll get back to you. With that said, head down to my website, tradingwithrayner.com where you'll learn trading strategies that work right so that you can get rich slow.
