一般電路上的NOT邏輯

通常是一個三角形(緩衝器buffer)+小圓形(反向器inverter)

想請問：

1.為何反向器一定要配緩衝器才形成NOT邏輯，

純粹反向器為何不可？

2.反向器是由CMOS構成，那緩衝器電路是怎構成？

緩衝器與反向器怎麼接

3.緩衝器的功能是？

請教各位
