I will be delivering a welcoming remark at 910am this morning. Later, I will be delivering a special presentation on Knowledge Management at 230pm. My hypothesis will be looking at personalised solution moving forward leveraging on smart technology.

One solution that fits all is over by now. Education should be the first sector to embrace personalised solution towards bringing back the soul to the realm of education.

［萬物皆數］實情冇乜特別，真係講魚蝦蟹，真係講數學。

當然無數人都寫過，但有乜關係？originality is overrated．寫文又係，搞生意又係。好多小朋友以為自己啲嘢點無敵，觀點幾咁獨到，觀察點咁敏銳，個 business model幾咁巴閉。

實情你諗到嘅任何嘢，都一定有幾十億大陸佬/印度佬之中嘅一個諗過。但關鍵係你點執行，搵到乜人，同埋點包裝件事。我細個自命不凡以為自己係創意人，大咗先發現，originality is overrated．execution 同 marketing 先 underrated。偏偏而家個個當自己係司令，冇人想做士兵（＊）

當然仲有

Nothing in this world can take the place of good old persistence. Talent won't. Nothing's more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius won't. Unrecognized genius is practically a cliche. Education won't. Why the world is full of educated fools. Persistence and determination alone are all powerful.

無論如何，我就會寫 魚蝦蟹。或者我寫就係唔同呢。幾多嘢都有人寫過，但你搵個靚女出嚟講，又變得好似好有道理。因為大家覺得靚女應該係冇腦嘅。正如我講，都係narrative：「大學生都做雞」，道德淪亡。「做雞都不忘讀大學」，勵志故事。真人例子係舊年英超球星，「隔離都掛住叫雞」，不知所謂。「叫雞都不忘防疫」，社會良心。

寫嚟做乜？過癮咯。但最主要嘅導火線係：搵到個舊嘅Excel File。

（＊）你可以話因為做士兵人工低，但，咁既然你仲要做—咪已經答咗你自己嘅問題咯。Why join the navy？薪高糧準，又有legitimacy，講出嚟又大義凜然，仲唔使點冒險。

Moreover, do I have courage to stop to face myself and make a change?
