This post goes out to a very special person in my life. Someone I had the privilege of meeting for the very time a decade ago. I was looking to hire the first staff for my brand SF by Sazzy Falak and my good friend @surayasharifuddin helped interview a few candidates. I trusted Sue’s judgement very much and when she said she had a good feeling about this young girl, I believed her and hired that young girl right away. Fast forward 10 years later, not only is she a big part of my life but all of my children’s too. When she started working with me, my daughters were less than a year old. She worked with me at building my brand and at the same time played babysitter with the girls since babyhood. She left SF years later to venture into other things but we always kept in touch. We’d meet up for coffee, celebrate birthdays, sent silly memes and videos to each other, go out makan etc
.
This year, she joined our @womentum.life taskforce and once again we’re in each other’s faces 🤣 I believe (as @sarimahibrahim said) that everyone needs a Jaja in their life. Not only does she give joy and love, but she also provides calmness and stability. Don’t be fooled by her sweetness though. This woman is a go getter and she’ll go for what she wants a 100%!

I don’t know if I’ve ever said it enough but I love you like a sister and I am so so so thankful to call you a friend. If anyone tries so much to mess with you, you can bet I’ll come flying with kick 😆 And it won’t be only me, my three kids and even @nash_idrus will come flying with punches ready!

船舶管理的趨勢,就是由曩昔的”人治”漸次轉變為”法治”(ISM)

西方的管理,則是以制度,紀錄,岸基支援,鉅細靡遺的文件管理的文化.

一艘香港旗散裝船在印度洋往巴西途中,船員操作機艙天吊吊運零件時,發現起重機卡住失靈,二管奉派修理.之後他被發現昏迷臥倒在起重機頂部的電動馬達旁邊,雖經搶救,終不治身亡.

事故原因: 經調查,意外的主要原因是二管的安全意識薄弱,在沒有配備個人保護裝備(PPE)的情況下便進行電力工程及高空作業.

船上安全管理的缺失如下:
a. 船員沒有遵守船上安全管理體系(SMS)
b. 輪機長及大管沒有監督二管,或向他提供安全指導
c. 維修工程之前沒有進行風險評估及召開<開工前安全會議>(kick-off meeting)

經驗及教訓:
1. 嚴格執行SMS中有關電力工程,高空作業,及工作許可證制度(working permit)之規定
2. 進行電力工程前,應切斷電源(Lock out / Tag out system),並帶足個人防護裝備(PPE)例如:絕緣手套,安全工作鞋
急救措施:
a. 切斷電源或用絕緣物體使觸電者離開電源
b. 如果呼吸心跳停止者,應立即進行口對口人工呼吸和胸部擠壓,人工呼吸事搶救電擊最主要的措施,應十分重視持久進行,不可輕易放棄

What to prepare
○ Field (table)
・ Size (recommended size)
90cm to 150cm long
Next 55cm to 95cm
Best (meeting size) → 120cm × 75cm
○ Goal
・ Size → width 20cm x height 5cm
○ Ball
・ Dice 8mm

○ Player
・ Rubber figure
If you have the basic shape of a humanoid two-legged, you can also make your own or processed. Spherical and vehicle types are not possible.
・ Basic painting is not allowed. However, dirt that is not wiped off (does not stain the opponent or pitch) is acceptable.
・ Size → Within 10cm width
• Be independent with no more than two legs. Part of the body, such as the tail that touches the ground, is allowed if the ground contact area does not exceed the back of both feet.

○ Ballpoint pen
・ Commercially available stationery with a spring-type knock.
・ Things that do not stain desks and figures.

○ Player / ball fall
A player who falls from the field (desk) stands with one foot on the foot of the fall. However, the players who fall at the same place together will shoot one play first in the system that the player who has been involved gets the priority. The dropped player then resumes at the same point. Even if you have the right to play continuously without the ball falling, if you lose the opponent, you will lose continuous play.

○ Indirect free kick
①Side touch line
Throw-in when kicking (kick-in)

→ If a player who falls or falls at the same time as the ball falls is placed in a position where it will interfere with the kick-in, it will not return to the field until the kick-in is complete.
→ The kicking side can freely choose a kicker player from a teammate on the field. You can choose the side to kick the dice roll.
→ If the kicker has one foot on the line where the ball comes out, the direction and the position of the ball can be adjusted freely.
→ If you go directly to the goal, you won't go even if you hit a teammate or opponent. The opponent's goal kick.
→ The kicker after kicking will stand in the same position and play. You can't go back to where you were. (Same for goal kick)

②Goal kick
→ Goal kick when the attacking side breaks the goal line outside the opponent goal frame.
→ As with kick-in, you can choose a kicker from the field. Freedom on the kicking side.
→ If you are on the same side goal line, you can freely choose the point to kick.
→ This is an indirect FK, so if you score directly, it will be the opponent's goal kick.

○ Direct free kick with foul
→ Foul if the opponent is pushed 10cm or more.
A free kick is given to the opponent directly from the point where the player hits regardless of the area.
The defender must place all players within a 10cm radius of the ball at a distance of 10cm or more. (It is possible to make a wall using these players)
A foul within 10cm before the goal can be placed in line with the goal line without overlapping, but other players cannot be placed in front of the goal.

○ PK * Applicable only when not settled in time
→ The attacker can shoot with a favorite player who chooses from the field from the PK mark 20cm from the goal line.
→ The defender may place a total of 3 GK and 2 field players in front of the goal.
→ Basically, like soccer PK game, after 5 to 5, if it is a tie, it is a sudden death format.

Hey everybody,

It's been a while! I missed you guys so much which is why I made a video right after getting back from Australia (I had a blast meeting you guys btw). I look super tired because I was super tired and jet lagged lol. Eating junk food constantly for that week left me breaking out here and there too. Traveling is fun but flying is poo. I am still recovering from the trip lol.

As requested; this video is all about high quality yet affordable drugstore makeup. Rather than a tutorial- I demonstrate how the products work/look. I also explain why I like the product and compare some to high end brands. These are simply great products that I adore and would recommend. Even the brushes that I use are drugstore.

I use a lot of drugstore brands because I am simply impressed with how much their quality has improved over recent years.

Although this video isn't really a tutorial- perhaps it can be a look you can wear for school since it is very simple/everyday.

Remember, everybody is different so it may not work the same for you.

I trust you guys to be able to find the drugstore products from your own local drugstore such as Boots, CVS, Superdrug, Target, SASA, Mannings, Watsons etc.

I took a mini break because I just wanted to get away from things for a bit. Sometimes- pausing life for a bit is exactly what you need for yourself to move on. Thank you everybody who has supported me during my hard times =). I cannot thank you enough. Slowly but surely; I am getting back up ^_^.
