Hiện nay Na cũng như cả công ty đều dừng hoạt động, các phòng tập đã đóng cửa được 4 tháng rồi. Na và Sarah chỉ ở trong nhà, làm việc online. Nhưng chúng mình vẫn duy trì 6 mặt bằng cơ sở, nên cũng khó khăn chung như tất cả mọi người. Tuy nhiên Na và các thành viên trong công ty lúc nào cũng động viên nhau lạc quan, ngày nào cũng tập luyện rồi hỏi han nhau. Từ hôm mở livestream có rất nhiều bạn ở nhà tập cùng mình, và điều đáng ngạc nhiên là các bạn chia sẻ trong group Healthy Life của Na đã giảm được 2cm vòng eo, hay mông nở ra 3 phân. 😉
Tuy nhiên nếu bạn là người mới và muốn tập trực tiếp với Coach của INSPIRE Boutique Fitness như: Chang, Nancy, Chili thì Na đang lên kế hoạch mở Lớp tập cộng đồng trên Zoom và có tính phí. Với lớp có tính phí này mỗi buổi tập bạn chỉ cần đóng 30k thôi, cũng giống như tập livestream với Na hay Sarah vậy nhưng bạn sẽ được chăm sóc kỹ hơn, cuối buổi bạn sẽ được Coach tư vấn sức khỏe, hỏi thăm mọi người nè. 😘 30k - một số tiền rất nhỏ, nhưng cũng góp phần giúp cho Na và các Coach của INSPIRE cùng vượt qua mùa dịch này, Huấn luyện viên được truyền đi năng lượng tích cực khi gặp nhau mỗi ngày. 💕
Lớp tập sẽ bắt đầu vào tuần sau với các khung giờ: 18:00 PM hằng ngày. Mỗi lớp tập kéo dài 1h và có một Huấn luyện viên của INSPIRE đứng lớp. Mọi người có nhớ những gương mặt trong video của lịch tập tháng không: Sarah, Kathy, Kid, Tia, Helen... "Jordan, I'm tired of this post can you please stop posting the same photos over and over again?"
Well, maybe some of you have probably have seen these Before & After photos like a million times now. So why am I still posting this? Because till now many people are still not aware of my past.
The truth is I'm not genetically fit, I'm an introvert, I hate doing any presentation and appearing in front of camera is my worst nightmare. I love food as much as everyone, I drink and party hard to escape from my reality... but fitness changed my life! Not only in health and physique but also the people around me. And if a low self-esteem skinny-fat kid like me can do it, I'm pretty sure you can do it too!
PS. Why are there only a few photos of the younger me? Let me ask you: Will you take many pictures of yourself (shirtless) when you are out of shape without any clue that someday these photos will be useful? Maybe you do, but not for this zero self-esteem boy. I wish I've taken more photos back then too. Peace and keep it up guys.

Hi guys. Welcome back to my channel.
Today’s video is all about fitness and working out except you’re not doing it all alone but with the most fun partner you could ask for - your child. Yes. You heard me right !!
It’s very important for us to engage our kids is physical activity of some sort to help them develop and be strong not just physically but mentally as well.
I’ve made a list of 5 easy workouts that can you do with your baby and start as early as you want, Nia has been doing it with me even before she turned 3.
Here are the exercises we did :
1. Burpees - it’s fun & involves whole body.
2. Lunges - to strengthen legs
3. Squats - lower body and abdomen
4. Side Lunges - modification of lunges
5. Jumping jacks - easy & super fun

Mấy hôm vừa rồi bận bịu chuyển đến nơi ở mới, nay mới ra được video cho mọi người đâyyy
Video này An sẽ show luôn cho các bạn nhà mới của mình, review một vài thực phẩm dùng khi luyện tập và mình có coaching vài bài tập tay - vai cơ bản luôn nèe:
1. Unilateral cable triceps extension
2. Unilateral dumbbell preacher curl
3. Behind neck cable triceps extension
4. Standing unilateral d-handle low preacher curls
5. Unilateral standing cable cuffed lateral raise
6. Prone incline dumbbell lateral raise
