Thank you to all our dear friends, family, our children, colleagues and runners who have participated in our charity run organised by @centralsmilehk @drderekbaram for @angelsforchildrenhk

Together, we have raised more than $20,000 for @angelsforchildrenhk from our July run, this Sept run and with our ongoing Teddy 🧸 sale @centralsmilehk to continually support the less fortunate children in Hong Kong, Cambodia and Indonesia to improve the lives of the many children in @angelsforchildrenhk care. Because EVERY CHILD has a right to love❤️, protection, happiness, education, care, shelter, food, medicine, clothing and hope.

在這樣的振幅擴大到所有周圍的頻率都獲得治癒與釋放。

遇上能一起努力的夥伴們，享受當下的每一刻並共同的鼓舞協力完成某些事或是共同渡過難捱的生活往夢想邁進。
在互相鼓勵中共同努力共同參與某些認為是可以為未來某福祉的行動時。
你的ego 小我變少了! 在沒有我執的狀態下，
宇宙因此而打開了新的道路並簡單心想事成。
在沒有我自己的想法中，才能夠真正的經歷幸福。
我們可充滿希望的經驗愛是非常容易的。
唯有拿出純真無邪的初心，使用真實的情感付出不要求對方一定要回報你什麼！
全然的信任一切的發生都是有它的道理。
而無論如何經歷生命中的喜怒哀樂都是你吸引來的。
保持良善耿直宇宙會回饋你的！
有些時候不需要更多的語言，感知對方的渴望，保持直覺、愛超越語言、超越性別種族時，那種滋養是可以源源湧入大量的情感交流在一切都帶著恩典感謝的時候，愛可以自給自足，並且還可讓周圍都感受到幸運的幸福感。

永恆在瞬間產生、純粹的愛無所求，無條件支持者變多了…
愛就會不停自動化製造更多美好的未來是與你高我目標一致的。
