Week 9 Day 4, AM.
Throwback to 4 years ago of today. Thanks to my sister who brought me into running.
Remember clocked a time of 55:06 minutes for the 10.8km in this SCKLM 2012. Can't even finish it non stop. Haha.
Fast forward to now, I am able to do a sub 34 min for 10k. Refresh back all the memories, how long it took me to a 34 min for 10k.
In the beginning, joining all the races for finisher medal and the t shirt. After running a year, the aim changed to I want to run faster timing to win the prizes.
After graduated from form 6, I know I want to be more faster and set a dream to represent Malaysia as my life goal. Been working so hard since enter University of Malaya. Is always not easy in life, been injured for 3 months time, student life, busy schedule, lack of running gears as well.
I am still believe I am getting faster and able to achieve a better timing in 10k. Always believe it, work hard for it, you going to achieve it.
