Alcohol is sometimes left out of the picture when we think about a more environmentally friendly lifestyle, but studies show that it is a large part of our carbon footprint. Hong Kong’s Penicillin is trying to change that. 🍸🌱🌏 The bar might be only a year old, but it has already won Asia's 50 Best Sustainable Bar Award. Operating with a lab, kitchen, and a fermentation room, Penicillin recycles ingredients that would typically end up in the bin such as reusing avocado pits from a Mexican eatery as ice cubes. It also uses local ingredients to reduce carbon emissions and plants trees in Borneo when certain cocktails are purchased. Penicillin also operates a closed-loop production through EcoSPIRITS, a Singapore-based low carbon spirits distribution system that claims to nearly eliminate packaging waste in the spirits supply chain.

【やみつき無限ちくわピーマン】
今日は、レンジで超簡単な『やみつき無限ちくわピーマン』を作りました！
ピーマンは丸ごと使うので無駄なし！しかも間違いない美味しさで、パクパクいけちゃいます。
ヘルシーなのでおつまみにするのも最高！ご飯にも合うので、もう一品欲しい時にもぜひお試しください♪
〈材料〉(1~2人分)
ピーマン 2個
ちくわ 2本
鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/3
塩昆布２つまみ
ごま油 小さじ1

【Chikuwa peppers】
Today, I made "Chikuwa peppers" that can be made quickly in the microwave and are perfect for sake!
The whole peppers are used, so there is no waste! Moreover, it is definitely delicious and you can enjoy it.

【鶏むねカツ】
今日は、鶏胸肉で作る『鶏胸カツ』 を作りました！衣づけも手抜きなので、めちゃラクチンなカツレシピです。
マヨネーズ効果で胸肉でもとても柔らかく仕上がり、パン粉づけも超簡単！また、揚げ物といっても少量の油で揚げ焼きで作れるので無駄もなく面倒な工程もなし！
とても美味しく仕上がるので、簡単に柔らかくて美味しい胸肉レシピを作りたいってときにイチオシです♪
〈材料〉2人分
鶏胸肉 200g
☆塩 小さじ1/4
☆ブラックペッパー 適量
