【網絡紅人】當品牌代言人不再是人類

在疫情期間，許多網絡紅人被困在家裡，但塞拉芬（Seraphine）不在其中。粉紅色頭髮、悅耳的歌聲，以及不時在Instagram發布關於貓的可愛貼文，這些都為塞拉芬吸引了近40萬的關注者。這群忠實支持者追蹤著她的一舉一動。如今，她正忙於在上海宣傳自己的音樂，並著手籌備未來與 K-pop女子組合K/DA的合作。

對塞拉芬來說，應對疫情期間的殘酷現實比較容易。因為她不是真實的人。塞拉芬是電子遊戲開 發商Riot Games創造的電子人物。暢銷電競遊戲《英雄聯盟》（League of Legends）亦是該公司開發的作品。因此，儘管面對封城或旅行限制，塞拉芬仍可以繼續在Twitter、Instagram和SoundCloud上發布貼文和進行市場營銷。不過，這並不意味著她會無視現實，塞拉芬有時會戴上口罩。

當人與人之間的安全互動不再容易，企業對這種電子代言人抱有更大的興趣。根據商業及市場研究公司Business Insider Intelligence的數據，到2022年，各個商業品牌預計每年將在網紅行銷上花費150億美元，高於去年的80億美元。這筆投資中，越來越多的部份正流向虛擬網絡紅人。他們的製造者經常使用複雜的影片和數碼工具使他們的觀感和行為均與人類相似。

「虛擬網絡紅人雖然不是真人，但卻具有真正的商業潛力，」該行業研究公司virtualhumans.org的創辦人特拉弗斯（Christopher Travers）說，「長遠來看，它們的使用成本比真人更便宜，也100％可控，可以在許多地方同時出現。而最重要的是，它們永遠不會衰老或死亡。」

頂級網絡紅人能吸引到品牌合作和其他獲利豐厚的交易。據英國網上行銷機構OnBuy統計，Lil Miquela是該行業收入最高的虛擬網絡紅人。她的身份是一個巴西「模特兒」，擁有280萬個Instagram關注者，每個贊助貼文的價格約8500美元。OnBuy估計，Lil Miquela今年的收入可能達到1170萬美元。隨著疫情導致產品發布和贊助旅行活動的取消，許多在社交媒體有重大影響力的真實網絡紅人都遭到了收入來源枯竭的問題。但虛擬的代言人並不屬於那種命運。

令虛擬網絡紅人走在前端的可能是疫情，但這個趨勢的真正推動者則是Z世代。到今年年底，這群體的人數預計將超過25.6億人。隨著他們當中年齡最大的人開始達到25歲左右，他們的收入也 在增長，亦隨之吸引了全球行銷人員的目光。
