早安，昨天小偷了一下懶，沒有起床念英文，今天還是拜小犬之賜早起，想到前一陣子的夯書《原子習慣》以及近來我看到的一篇習慣養成的文章，都有講到內在動機的驅動不如外在情境的改變來得有效，也就是說，與其不停告訴自己英文很重要，我要起床念英文，不如製造一個一定得早起的情境，譬如我可以陪小犬去坐公車，就一定會醒過來，或是像我一個朋友，每天睡前把泳衣穿在身上，逼自己每天去晨泳。
主婦的時間有限（更正：大家的時間都有限），有時候真的需要一心二用、一魚二吃，才能有效地利用時間。
現在經營娘子軍創業資源整合平台的我，最需要的就是管理跟行銷相關的知識，所以我目前念的文章就會以這方面的文章為主，在送小貓（小犬是兒子，那小女就是小貓啦）上學之前，能念多少算多少，等送完小貓上學，又是一連串忙不完的創業事宜，還有回不完的訊息海（這是一位娘子軍團媽說的，她說加入娘子軍團媽的行列後，就有一望無際的訊息海），總之寫文章、讀英文、學行銷，一鴨三吃，我早起這個小時就很有價值了，雖然心中有個小小的聲音，還想更早起床幫兒子做早餐，請容我先小小聲在這裡許願。

捱過充滿挑戰的一年後，許多員工有意跳脫原本的生活。
公司該如何因應未來這一波人員流動趨勢？
Microsoft 的一項研究顯示，許多人可能會離職，因此，企業必須重新招募許多新員工。Microsoft 工作趨勢指數指出，企業目前面臨的局勢「與轉變成混合式工作型態的階段不謀而合，其造成的動盪與去年轉換成遠端工作的時期不相上下。」
在過去這一年，員工實際在辦公室的時間創下新低，許多人也因此覺得與團隊脫節。但這只是未來員工流動潮的其中一個原因。隨著接種疫苗率提升與疫情趨緩，許多人因為在工作上心力交瘁，或純粹想尋找新的機會，因此開始思考要做出重大改變。這樣的新機會或許很多，因為許多公司會開始採用混合式工作型態，求職時地理條件的阻礙也會減少。
許多員工努力堅守工作崗位，在這段動盪時期中維持常態和穩定。
LinkedIn 最新的工作人力信心指數報告指出，多達 74% 的員工留在目前的工作岡位，是為了在疫情期間獲得保障，主要因素包含：維持家庭財務穩定 (59%)、工作額外福利和基本福利 (30%)，以及「沒有時間或心力適應新工作」(14%)。
