蓮花盤從來都不是一個簡單的練習,但卻經常被視為必需達成的目標,
也許因為它被認定是長時間靜坐冥想的最終姿勢。
但你知道為什麼蓮花盤會成為如此令人尊敬的冥想姿勢嗎?
原因之一聽起來有點可愛卻非常有道理:
如果你在冥想時漂流入睡,安住在蓮花盤的你將不用擔心摔倒。
不管 Lotus Pose 是否完成,讓我們一起用和緩有效果的方式暖暖髖、鬆鬆腿,
在瑜珈旅程中,重要的是要意識到所有準備姿勢中的感覺,
如果你感覺臀部溫和伸展,則將其視為一個好兆頭,
如果你感到膝蓋或腳踝有拉扯或灼痛感,請多加留意,有意識地一步一步走向蓮花:)
重要*髖關節是一個球窩關節,其圓周運動範圍因人而異,
因此,有些人將能夠做蓮花雙盤,有些人則不能。可以試試單盤一腿或輕鬆散盤喔!
