Biscuit Recipe
130g Japanese pancake mix (100g cake flour + 25g powdered sugar + 5g baking powder)
15g almond powder
5g powdered skim milk
40g butter
55g milk

Whipped cream
Honey
Maple syrup

ホットケーキミックス 130g
アーモンドプードル 15g
スキムミルク 5g
有塩バター 40g
牛乳 55g

生クリーム40%
ハチミツ
メープルシロップ

作り方

1 粉類を漉し器で濾します。(気温が高い日は冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。)

2 1にバターを入れ、バターが溶け出さないように混ぜ込みます。(バターが溶けそうになったら冷蔵庫で冷やして下さい。)

3 2に牛乳を入れ、生地をまとめます。まとまったら冷蔵庫20分ほど冷やします。

4 3を麺棒で伸ばし、4つ折りを2回繰り返します。

5 4を1.5cmの厚さに伸ばし、丸型で抜きます。

6 5の表面に牛乳をぬり、200℃で予熱したオーブンで200℃で10分焼きます。

7 温度を下げて170℃で12分ほど焼きます。(焦げそうならアルミホイルをかぶせて下さい。)

8 7の粗熱が取れたら、生クリームとハチミツ、好みでメープルシロップをかけて完成です。

How to make a wooper cookie.
型は　縦３㎝横４㎝の楕円と、セリアで購入したえんどう豆のような形をした型を使用。楕円は普通の丸い型を押しつぶして作ったものです。
口のスタンプはアルミ板で手作りしました。難しいようなら目だけでも良いと思います＾＾

クッキー　25枚～30枚

・バター（40g）
・ﾒｲﾌﾟﾙｼﾛｯﾌﾟ（25ml）
・卵黄（１）
・バニラオイル
・薄力粉（125g）
・粉糖（35g）

・フード用着色料
　（ピンク又は赤）

25 ～ 30 cookies

Butter (40 g)
Maple syrup (25 ml)
Yolk (1)
Vanilla oil
Cake flour (125 g)
Powdered sugar (35 g)

Colorant for food
