位置：位於雙耳尖直上，頭頂正央位置，屬督脈穴位。
功效：促進面部血液循環，改善面色，更具醒神安腦功效。

頰車穴
位置：位於下頷角前上方約一橫指，即上下牙關咬緊時，隆起的咬肌高點處，張開口按下凹陷處即是。
功效：緊緻面部，改善面部浮腫，兼可修飾面形。

按摩方法：以拇指指腹打圈按揉穴位1分鐘。
