簡単!バター無しのしっとりブラウニー | Quick and Easy! Vegetable Oil Brownies

Brownies are a classic treat that the whole family can enjoyThey are so moist and flaky.
This brownie tastes really good, please give it a try!
The texture is delicious, but it is even better on the next day.
ボウルにどんどん材料を混ぜていけば出来てしまう簡単ブラウニーです。
バターが高いってコメントがよくありますが、私もそう思います!
なので、oil使用レシピです。
バターを使うとコクや風味が素晴らしいですが、Oilだと軽いブラウニーになります。翌日もしっとりで、とても美味しいです。
トッピングのチョコはお好きなチョコでもいいですし、無くてもokです。
アポロチョコの姿や苺風味が好きでついついブラウニーに使っちゃいました、、、ふへへ♪
焼き上がり数分前にトップにチョコを散らすと地味に可愛いです～^^

【Ingredients】15×15cm　Square Cake Pan
100g Sweet chocolate 　
50g Oil
40g granulated sugar　
Vanilla oil　
115g Beaten egg(room temperature)
50g plain yogurt　
40g Cake flour
5g Black cocoa powder
2g Baking powder
For Toppings:

【材料】15×15cm　スクエア型
スイートチョコレート 100g
グレープシードオイル 50g
(無ければサラダ油で)
グラニュー糖 40g
バニラオイル
溶き卵(室温) 115g　およそLサイズ2個分
プレーンヨーグルト 50g
薄力粉 40g
ブラックココアパウダー 5g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
アポロチョコ

【作り方】
①卵はよく溶いておく
②耐熱ボウルに刻んだチョコと油を入れて電子レンジで1分加熱して
よく混ぜる。
オーブン予熱開始。
③②にグラニュー糖とバニラオイルを加えて混ぜる。
④溶き卵とヨーグルトも加えてよく混ぜる。
⑤薄力粉、Bココアパウダー、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加えて、よく混ぜる。
⑥ベーキングペーパーを敷いた型に生地を流し入れ、上にアポロチョコを乗せる。
⑦170℃に温めたオーブンで約25分ほど焼いて出来上がり。
竹串を刺してみて何もつかなくなれば焼き上がり!

●memo
*型によっては、火の通り具合が変わりますので、焼き時間を調整してください。
粗熱が取れたら、ビニール袋に入れるかラップをしてください。
