跑壇有云：「無獎都要有相！」大大小小賽事，總有好多攝影發燒友幫手影靚相，亦係筋疲力盡嘅選手，依然要Chok到完賽嘅一大動力。
未參加過賽事嘅人未必知，有個叫 Run-Pic 嘅網站，每個比賽都搵攝影師到場。初次搞 #柳仔跑會 X @fluztop #mentalrunner 賽事，膽粗粗搵 run-pic ，佢地二話不說搵咗三個攝影師，琴日晨早嚟到，由頭影到尾，然後今朝就upload曬啲 high res相上網站！
每個參加者都可以攞張 profile pic 返屋企，係咪正先！

距離人生第二隻馬，仲有一個月，個個都問：「有咩目標時間？」無形中，累積了一噸壓力。
要享受，又要認真，好難兩全其美。近來個個都話享受安多酚，但係長跑點止安多酚？訓練付出嘅汗水，傷患受過嘅痛楚，仲有無數跑到虛脫嘅時刻，為嘅到底係乜嘢？
或者到咗呢個時候，跑者享受嘅並唔係單純嘅快感，而係一種為目標將自己不斷推向極限嘅過程。人生苦短，好好燃燒能夠跑，能夠捱嘅當下嘅自己，係送俾自己嘅一份禮物。
42.195km，可以好辛苦，但唔會比得上生活中嘅辛苦；42.195km，可以好快樂，但唔會比得上生活中嘅快樂。甜酸苦辣，都一一接受，不在中途放棄，是跑步，也是人生。

Contest is finally here as promised. Are you as excited as I am about it? This contest is a celebration for hitting 10,000 subscribers. I know I've gained over 4200 since then but I was picking up pieces here and there so I was a little late for it. None the less; hope you all don't mind and ready for this.
'What Makes You Happy'. That's it. Its vague and I'm barely giving you instructions and rules because to me, there are NO restrictions to happiness. There are so many different people, things and places in the World that can create a sense of Joy. I would hate to be specific for this contest because I want to be as vague as possible.
The aim of the Contest:
To Spread the Joy and to be Fun & Inspirational.
Paint me a mental & warm image of your Happiness. You can go anywhere and everywhere for the Contest Entry, no Limits. Be Creative.
Simply tell me what makes you happy and Why?
It will commence from Monday 6th April and end on 30th April. You have 3 weeks for this ^_^
::: Rules :::
1. You must be a subscriber because this contest is dedicated to all my Subbies
2. If you are under 18 years old, you will need parents/guardian's consent before entering contest
3. You will post a video response to my 'contest video' for a valid entry (or post comment for my video if you are entering for runner-up)
Contest is open Worldwide:
Anyone around the world can enter. I don't care where you are; I will post your prize to you
Winners:
There will be a 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winnners and also 3 runner ups.
I will be judging upon the video's optimistic ability to create happiness and joy. I will also be judging upon creativity and how it expresses one's definition of Happiness. You can certainly use music, imagery or whatever you feel confident with.
