Albert Bichot：一個酒商六個酒莊七個獨佔園

已經傳承N代的Albert Bichot以前是皇商，專做皇室生意（因此酒標上可以放皇冠），1831年涉足葡萄酒市場，目前掌管家族產業的是六代目Albéric Bichot，弟弟Christopher則重心放在亞太地區的市場發展。雖是以酒商起家，除了與契作果農收購葡萄外，也陸續併入了六間酒莊，釀造自家Domaine酒款。

Albert Bichot的酒單非常豐富多樣，全布根地44個村莊一半以上都有釀造（還釀造不止一款），此外多數特級園（甚至比特級園還貴的一級園如愛侶園等）也都不放過，更過份的是自己還霸佔了七塊獨佔園（像是神秘不解釋的Chablis第八地塊Moutonne）！

酒款風格走的是內斂優雅的路線，紅白酒都有其獨特之處，當日最愛為肥而不膩充滿魅力的Meursault 1er Cru "Les Charmes"Domaine du Pavillon，香氣完整口感均衡，是我目中好Meursalt的面貌。

不走慷慨激昂的進行曲，更像是清風拂過協奏曲的Albert Bichot，這樣優秀的酒商回歸台灣市場，還滿令人開心的。
