黎自Waley Island，顏色奶白又帶點粉嫩。口感順滑，入口即化，中後段味道有烘烤果仁味徘徊候嚨。味道唔會好咸，又有奶油香，好岩女仔食。
3. Dungarvan
黎自Waterford既蠔係該店店員最愛，強力推介。蠔身偏簿但味道重。入口先有甜味，後有海水味。
邊位清爽，食完口腔會充滿礦石味道，舌頭仲會嘗到一點點鐵味。
