The latest addition to the @whiterabbitmoscow restaurant empire. The views are breathtaking from 88 meters above AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya base, the restaurant is wrapped by window, the waiters are adorned in suits and white gloves and enormous glass displays showcase seafood from the Far East of Russia's. It's the kind of heights of opulent hedonism most wouldn't expect here.
Seafood is the star without a doubt, uni, Caviar, prawns, tuna etc etc ridiculously fresh and done in various ways that cross the line between Mediterranean and Japanese, but closer to Mediterranean roots with modern flair.
Bookmark this place for your post Covid-19 travel if jewels of the sea are your fancy, the prices match that of those your standard fine dining restaurants in Thailand so you won't be that much put-out, so unlike the price the experience of @sakhalin.moscow is truly astronomical. A Russia Wish list!
