[ Nigel Cabourn x Mihara Running Trainer ]

Nigel Cabourn與Mihara Yasuhiro最新聯名鞋款，除了延續以往的鞋型和細節，並用上了Nigel Cabourn最愛的胡椒鹽(Salt & Pepper)面料!

「胡椒鹽」是1930年代末開發出的一種面料，當時瑞士軍方因戰時棉料的短缺，開始以亞麻與蕁麻作為棉的替代品，與之混紡投入軍用包款的生產製造。多種纖維的混紡，也在面料成色上展現出黑白斑點的效果，一如胡椒與鹽的混合體。

Nigel Cabourn的收藏中有不少以胡椒鹽面料製作的瑞士軍用背包老寶貝，2013年他與Atelier del’Armee就成功複刻了這款經典面料，也陸續推出一些以瑞士軍包與胡椒鹽面料為靈感製作的包款與配件，本季並在自己與小老弟Mihara Yasuhiro的聯名作中，首度將胡椒鹽面料運用在鞋款上。

因為混紡纖維的天然特性，胡椒鹽面料具有一定程度的防潑水性與延展性，耐磨度也頗佳，儘管它的科技機能，不若坊間日新月異的先進面料，然而之於復古迷的經典意義卻大勝於此，於軍裝、工裝、休閒造型皆游刃有餘。

本系列共有兩款
Mountain---暗褐色
Military---軍綠色
尺寸:38-44 (版型較小,建議可從大一碼試穿)

「馬告。」山上裡的胡椒～山胡椒
乾掉的馬告跟一般市面“黑胡椒”長得很像，黑黑的，但吃起來的風味與黑胡椒大不同，馬告有著獨特的風味，我將它分類為辛辣材料，但多了一個類似香茅的味道，而新鮮的馬告呈現鮮綠色，吃起來會帶點淡淡的檸檬香氣，有的山上長輩會把新鮮的馬告泡在礦泉水裡面喝，聽他們說喝馬告水可以消暑解熱。

馬告獨樹一幟的辛辣香甜味豐富了料理界，彷彿一點松露般加入食材提味，就能夠讓整道料理晉升到另一個層次。

"Litsea cubeba" Pepper in the mountain~ Taiwan native food
The dried "Litsea cubeba" looks very similar to the "black pepper" in the market, it's black but tastes very different from black pepper. "Litsea cubeba" has a unique flavor, I classify it as a spicy material, but there is one more It tastes like lemongrass, and the fresh "Litsea cubeba" is bright green, and it will taste a little lemony when it is eaten. Some elders on the mountain will soak the fresh "Litsea cubeba" in mineral water. They said that drinking "Litsea cubeba" water can cool down the heat.

The unique spicy and sweet taste enriches the cooking world. It seems that adding a bit of truffle to the ingredients to enhance the taste can promote the whole dish to another level.
