Ahead of the return of our Muay Boran classes next month, traditional Thai martial arts master Kru Oh and Chris Lawrence demonstrate the fundamental "Mae Mai" technique: Wiroon Hok Glap ("Wiroon Is Turned Back").
Mae Mai or "Mother Techniques" are a group of 15 fundamental techniques of the traditional Thai fighting arts (Muay Boran), of which the modern Muay Thai is derived from. We will be uploading the complete set of 15 Mae Mai techniques to our channel, subscribe and turn on notifications to learn them all!

Light sparring like this is great for working on timing and reflexes, and trying out new techniques. Our Muay Thai sessions run at 8am and 3pm from Monday to Friday, with sparring taking place in the sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Come and join in!
