Reminding myself that I am still me can very hard, especially during this trying period. But, it is still very important to find small pockets of time here and there to just be me and do the things I want to - like snacking and watching Netflix. Haha. #不肥都难
P.P.S. I had a bad dream last night which felt so real. It was not CB related but in fact, much worse. One of my kids went missing when I brought them out and it was just terrifying as I went frantically in search. Was so relieved when i woke up and realised it was just a dream. I guess it made me feel thankful in a sense and be glad that my kids are all healthy and safe and sound beside me. All other things in life, they just don't seem that important after all. You know, like BBT and cakes and ice cream. Gotta see the bigger picture in life and it's incredible how a dream can be a wake-up call.
