先講兩單大業績（亦係我有持有嘅）。NetFlix之前FB Page都有講下，由頭到尾都係上客量問題。但我遲下會再細寫。留意公司不停咁想你唔好將個焦點放在啲訂戶數量，固然係別無選擇，但亦有啲道理。上客量真係神仙都難救，總有一日見頂。但，留意北美雖然一季冇咗40萬個訂戶，但收入反而係升嘅。原因？加價咯，而家就係睇有冇加價能力啦。相反，你見啲亞洲客，雖然上得快，但冇乜肉食。呢啲數字，Patreon全部有，幫你整埋Excel添。

ASML嘅，抵我攞威啦，都話2019年尾已講，你可以睇下全香港有幾多人嗰時講。我就當你舊年都未訂Patreon，今年1月先開始（話時話年頭都幾多人，new year resolution？），都升4成喎！差不多破頂。

Patreon入面有解個業績，另外，有拎埋台積電嚟比。固然業務唔同，但你可以睇返兩間公司嘅收入同盈利增長，咪見到分別，點解台積電今年跑輸大市，ASML就升四成（當然，估值亦係問題）。文入面仲有講，ASML冇嘢多，就係錢多。純利升四成，但計埋回購，每股盈利邊止升四成

另外Verizon都係core list，但好少講，「因為股價唔得」（咁又未去到要輸錢嘅，雖然有啲股票都輸錢，好難避免），業績就只係講一句，多一句都冇。

JNJ就過癮啦，冇買，但有推過下。不過重點係佢爽身粉單集體訴訟，話將嗰啲業務破產喎，破埋產賠條毛？咁都得？母公司唔使上身（答案：唔使）。美國嘅嘢。文入面有講。

港股嘅，又係評得幾句，所以不多講。不過，新創建我估出完盈喜跌，點知升。但，咁咪好咯，讀者都開心。中移動嘅，冇乜特別啦，加價就冇架啦，但公用股派到息。至於恒大啦喎…….樓花冇嘢抵押銀行當然小心啲。搏唔搏得過？ Patreon講

仲有隻SPGI，又創新高，係喎，咩新聞都冇，就係鍾意間公司咩新聞都冇。最好你唔知係咩公司添。雖然，係升得慢嘅，每日陰啲，「今年升25%咁咯」。

每日一圖嘅，夠晒正。畀埋圖你睇，標普指數平均一年就有3次5%嘅調整，過去廿幾年，只得兩年冇 — 偏偏今年你最想佢調整佢就係冇。等調整丫拿，你可以睇下由上次5%調整後，啲股票升咗幾多。況且，大把人根本係到跌嗰時一樣唔敢買（我都係，所以我唔會等調整）。舊年一個月跌33%添，夠調整未？「咁舊年好大鑊嘛」，我知，但你即係覺得會冇事冇幹啲啲忽然跌兩三成然後畀你去買之後買完即彈到你沽走再跌過咁？

第二個圖，又係講股票仲係好抵買，講到同2016年差不多。當然唔係計點數，甚至唔係計PE。唔好忘記仲有債息。不過佢個圖個計法仲多咗一樣嘢，而我係唔同意的。唔同意又貼？睇多啲唔同意見嘛

正如兩篇good read，我都唔同意。第一篇又係話爆煲，呵欠，佢一月講到而家。不過見係Jeremy Grantham就畀面睇下，換著係你啲網友或者窮爸爸更加睇到費能事。即係，我唔係話唔會爆煲，煲係總會爆的，但點避？避唔到的。根本你成個想法就錯。咁我啲股票都經歷過兩次股災啦（＊），咪又係生勾勾創新高。

第二篇啦喎，題目吸引，你見到啦，日經指數22年跌七成，得19隻公司正回報。呀作者話你知，股市回報往往只係由4%股票帶嚟（傳說中的80/20，不過股票仲極端）。但，點揀到呢？話咁易咩葉師傅。我就唔係教你要揀中嗰4% ，你根本唔使好叻，你大約同大市同步都已經夠—因為大多數人連呢個都做唔到。

（＊）只有2008同2020嗰啲級數我先叫股災。2000年時未買股票，至於咩沙士時根本冇股災（唔信你自己查下），「況且都未買股票」，冇買就唔叫經歷過。至於2018嗰啲小菜一碟，咩20%熊市我亦唔當咩一回事。有買我本書嘅，知我2008年輸咗成百粒，因為做槓杆 —不過，我都仲有啲冇做槓杆嘅股票仲生存到今日嘅，當然就死咗大半。但嗰細半都升返唔少。

Finally with the latest SOP, I can finally stepping out from my current place and go back our studio office to clean, pack and move part of my things away to my new house. Damn it’s been my forever new year resolution lol. Another happy thing is finally our studio water leakage problem solved and I’m happy to be able to clean it now lol.

Every year I do spring cleaning but this time I dragged for almost one and half years. Wanna donate part of the clothing and beauty products that expired. Previously I donated 5 bags and ask my mommy passed it to One of the 殯儀館 staff but I think they have more than enough now... so

こういうエクササイズで大事なのが、知っている、習った英語表現を聞いてリピートする事なんです。聞いたことがない英語表現をこういう形でリピート練習するのは全く意味がないので、やらないでくださいね。そして、こちらのシリーズですが、一度知った、習った英語は聞いているだけでも、記憶の呼び起こしにはなるので、どうしても声が出せない！という方は聞いているだけでも大丈夫です。ただ、テレビ見ながらとかはダメです。家事をしながらだったらいいですが、きちんと耳をかっぽじってお願いします。
