France and Austria reopen bars and restaurants as lockdowns ease

From Wednesday, groups of up to six people are allowed to eat together at outdoor restaurant terraces.
從週三開始，多達6個人可以在餐廳戶外露台一起用餐。
France's nationwide curfew is also being pushed back from 19:00 to 21:00.

Austria has also allowed restaurants, cinemas and theatres to open for the first time in six months.

Customers with a Green Pass showing a negative test, vaccinations or recovery from an infection will now be able to take advantage of Austria's new rules.
持有綠色通行證，顯示檢驗陰性，接種疫苗或是感染後康復的客戶，將可以享受奧地利的新規定。
Also, EU ambassadors have backed proposals to reopen borders for non-essential travel from countries with low infection rates, with a list to be agreed this week.
另外，歐盟大使們支持對感染率低的國家重新開放邊界。這份清單將在本週商定。
EU envoys have also recommended that non-essential travel should be allowed from outside the EU for people who have been fully vaccinated. However, they say it should be up to member states to decide on measures they impose, such as Covid tests or quarantine.
歐盟特使還建議，針對已經完全接種疫苗的非歐盟國人員，開放非必要的旅行。但是他們說應該由成員國決定要實行什麼措施，例如新冠檢測或是隔離。
The EU currently only recommends non-essential travel from a small number of countries, including Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand and Israel.
目前歐盟只有建議與少數國家進行非必要旅行，包含澳洲、紐西蘭、南韓、泰國以及以色列。
