調理方向:清胃瀉火、養陰補津
宜吃:冬瓜、粟米鬚、苦瓜、絲瓜等
下消 — 腎陰不足
症狀:小便頻密,顏色較為混濁
調理方向:滋陰清熱、補腎固攝
宜吃:螺頭、乾瑤柱、花旗參、枸杞子等

Ingredients that are suitable for those with diabetes
According to the Chinese Medicine theories, diabetes is associated with many internal organs like the lungs, stomach, and kidneys. They represent three different conditions respectively. Different conditions come with different symptoms, which then require different treatments. Do note that these conditions can happen concurrently. For more details, consult registered and licensed Chinese Medicine practitioner.
Upper — yin-deficient lungs, asthenia heat
Symptoms: excessive thirst, normal urinary frequency
Treatment: moisten the lungs and clear heat; promote salivation to quench one’s thirst
Ingredients to eat: pear, persimmon, okra, watercress, watermelon peel, ladybell root, and radix ophiopogonis
Middle - yin-deficient stomach, asthenia heat
Symptoms: increased appetite and feel hungry easily; urine is either normal or slightly yellowish
Treatment: strengthen the stomach and replenish yin; clear heat and quench thirst
Ingredients to eat: dendrobium, rock sugar, winter melon, corn silk, bitter gourd, and loofah
Lower - yin-deficient kidneys, asthenia heat
Symptoms: frequent urination, cloudy urine
Treatment: replenish the yin and clear heat; nourish the kidney and renal essence
Ingredients to eat: conch, dried scallop, American ginseng, and wolfberry

🎬之前拍了影片跟大家介紹 #168 #間歇性斷食
研究表示經過12周的間歇姓斷食➡️可減少代謝症侯群的症狀,包含改善體重、腰圍和血壓,
且因為間歇性斷食,讓進食的時間更規律,因此有助心臟健康,
也有少數研究提到對睡眠品質有幫助!
但今天要進階和大家討論,進食的時間,和心臟健康關係也很重要!
依照台灣普遍的生活作息和飲食習慣,多數人執行斷食時,是選擇不吃早餐,
👩🏻⚕️從營養學研究觀點上來看,該不該吃早餐這件事,其實正反面支持的都有。
以流行病學角度來看,有吃早餐習慣的成年人,罹患心臟病和第二型糖尿病的風險較小,
而不吃早餐的人,下午的血糖變動性可能會比較高,容易下午肚子餓,對於原本肥胖的人來說,體重增加的機率反而更高😳
提醒⚠️早上運動的人,就請要吃早餐
所以,請大家要經過營養師的專業,幫你判斷適不適合斷食,以及依照個人的狀態,建議在什麼時段進食😉

冠病康復之後運動紀錄:
完成30天:
每日30蹲、30跳、30趴蹬蹆、15分鐘快步走。
肺部狀態有進步,胃口也好了,只是容易脹氣,嗅覺已經恢復到90%但剩下的10%是一直聞到汽車排除的廢氣味,大概還要多一個月嗅覺才會完全恢復正常。

After receiving release letter, I started to work out everyday, and mark it the 30th day today, I’ve been doing 30 squads, 30 hops, 30 burpees and 15 minutes fast walk everyday.
And I observed my own health condition, lungs condition improved, appetite improved but digestion quite bad, smelling ability recovered 90%, just start to smell car gas’s smoke all the time (one of the symptoms after recovering from Covid19), and this smell thing will take me another 1 month to be back to normal I think.
I’m getting better everyday, good!
Keep balance diet and exercise which I used to hate to do both, but now, I have no choice to force myself to😂😂😂.

[揚げ餅]
●餅適量
●米油(普通のサラダ油でもOK)
[八宝菜(海鮮餡かけソース)]
●にんじん:1本
●椎茸:4個
●うずらの卵適量
●キクラゲ適量
●白菜:1/4個
●冷凍えび適量
●冷凍いか適量
お酒、片栗粉(海鮮の下処理用)
●豚バラ肉:約300g
塩コショウ、片栗粉、お酒(豚の下処理用)
●海鮮味覇:大さじ1(味覇、創味シャンタンでもOK)
●オイスターソース:大さじ1
●醤油:25ml
●お酒:50ml
●水:約400ml
●水溶き片栗粉適量
●黒コショウ
●ごま油
お好みで最後にごま油少々入れると香りが引き立ちます。
味変でお酢を入れてもさっぱりしてとても美味しいです。
※海鮮味覇を使わない場合は最後に味見をして砂糖少々、醤油をお好みで足してあげて下さい。

こうちゃんの新年一発目の料理『香ばし揚げ餅の海鮮餡かけ』作りました。
揚げたお餅から海鮮おこげのような芳ばしい香りがしてきて
それだけでとても食欲そそります。
そこに旨みたっぷりの海鮮餡かけをかけるともう言葉にならない美味しさに…。
揚げたお餅に海鮮餡かけソースが良くからんでめちゃくちゃ旨いです。
色んな食感もあってお口の中も最後までずっと楽しいですよ♪
お餅が余ってなくても絶対食べたくなる逸品だと思います。
作り方もとても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
【Ingredients】(serves 4~6 people)
[Deep Fried Mochi]
● Mochi: as much as you like
● Rice oil (you can use normal vegetable oil instead)
[Happosai (Seafood in starchy sauce)]
● Carrot: 1 whole
● Shiitake: 4 mushrooms
● Quail eggs: as many as you like
● Wood ear mushroom: as much as you like
● Chinese cabbage: 1/4 of one head
● Frozen shrimps: as much as you like
● Frozen squid: as much as you like
Sake, potato starch (to pretreat the seafood)
● Pork belly: about 300g
Salt and pepper, potato starch, sake (to pretreat the pork)
● Seafood weipa:1 tbsp (you can use weipa or soaji shantung instead)
● Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
● Soy sauce: 25ml
● Sake: 50ml
● Water: about 400ml
● Potato starch: as much as you like
● Black pepper
● Sesame oil
If you add a little bit of sesame oil at the end as seasoning, you can
accentuate the aroma of the dish.
You can also flavor with vinegar. It is delicious and gives the dish a
refreshing taste.
※If you do not use seafood weipa, please add a little sugar and soy
sauce to taste.

どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回は腹八分目茶碗です(笑)。なんと底上げがされた茶碗なんです。大盛りご飯のように見えても実際の量は普通です。大食いに間違われるかも。ダイエット中の方いかがでしょうか(自分に言っています)。茶碗に点々の模様があり、貧乏っぽいデザインがまた食欲をそそりません(笑)。個人的にはもっとギリギリまで底上げして欲しかったですね。サンアートの「腹八分目茶碗」という商品で、864円で購入しました。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。
