昨天我看到了這份調查，我很震撼。這是目前我看到最完整、而功能測試最細的調查表。無界塾的夥伴們在軟體被禁之後，第一時間就在找問題的解方，讓我很佩服這些老師們的行動力。

[軟體之於教學需求測試]
很多人在談軟體的時候都把會議跟課程混在一起，一般的訊號清晰、共享、錄影，已經是標配，本篇會以課程為導向出發，說明這幾天測試軟體的結果，這是單就軟體本身，不考慮同時使用其他平台或外接設備的分析。

最後也會稍微說明為什麼教學跟會議需求不同，不過因為功能分析很冗，不一定是大家馬上需要的，所以我把這部分往後放，不想看的可以只看測試結論或看連結表格。

給已經開始努力卻順便被酸「換個軟體有多難」的老師們：
換個軟體一點都不難，還好還沒有很多學校因疫情停課，我們一起測試找到接下來要用的，步驟跟之前一樣，確定軟體——建立上課模式與風格，原先學習的教學資源、線上互動方式、評量不會消失。

面授與線上本來就是互相補齊，無法竟全，真的累了也沒關係，請考慮實體補課或非同步課程！

也別忘了最重要的是培養學生自主學習的能力，比如這次事件，學生能不能自行分析他們需要什麼，還是等待被餵養，老師負起一切責任？別把責任丟給教育部，因為那就像學生把責任丟給你。

給大部分看客：
很在乎資安的你，應該也要有點媒體素養，多方查證再行分享，然後建立自己的獨立思考，同時保有對他人的同理，這個世界不是非黑即白，你可以不同意一個人對資安的看法，但是同時尊重他的努力。

我自己在綜合比較後是webEX試用>blue jeans>adobe connect>webEX付費，會比較符合上課的需求，因為我需要分組、可以看簡單英文、不介意付一點錢、不在意下載與否、有點在意頁面。

不過還是提醒，所有外接平台如均一、kahoot、線上共編文件、Miro⋯⋯等，以及加開設備如實物投影機，此時都會成為你最好的夥伴，這些外接平台可以增加軟體本身的變化性；也可以思考A軟體+B軟體，比如你用大群組開會完，在line的固定分組聽學生討論。

＊＊測試碎念＊＊

1.誰適合Teams？
希望不要開太多其他平台、不常需要分組功能、可以接受固定分組、需要一堂課分組下去把任務做完就下課，建議用teams，而且我覺得teams訊號不錯，又免費。

分組討論克服：設定「分組數+1」個群組，這個+1指的是班級大群，也就是在班級大群裡上課之後，可以把學生散進分組裡，由小組長擔任主持人。但教師移動會比較辛苦，還有次數也不能太多次。

靜音、共享等類設定，只能依靠教師平常跟學生的默契，主持人不具有強制靜音或調整共享設定的功能。

Teams需要大家都註冊微軟帳號，或者利用會議連結，不需要使用者登入就可以參加會議，但「訪客」只能看到視訊及老師桌面分享，沒有文字聊天功能。

2.誰適合google hangout Meet？

hangout幾乎是測試中最陽春的一個，如果有學zoom或其他軟體，Meet不會難，因為他很簡單，有用過skype的經驗就可以用了，他多共享畫面這個功能，而且使用者只要有google帳號可以無痛進入。

如果學生不太會申請、註冊，且與會者來源複雜，且只需要講述、共享畫面或是播放影片，Meet就可以做到，有連結就可以邀請外群、不用下載，是Teams沒有的優點。

但其實測試的這幾個軟體很多都能外群邀請，不算是什麼很大的優點，唯一的優點大概就是設定少，而缺點也是因為這樣而來，有老師反映使用hangout會有無法釘選螢幕或與會者（學生）亂釘選螢幕（可能是他同學的臉）的問題；測試時也有老師說畫面切換跟操作的速度明顯慢很多。

3.誰適合唐鳳推推的Jitsi Meet？
同2，不想下載任何東西，但是非常需要同步播影片的可以考慮jitsi Meet，我覺得他跟2沒有差多少，同樣是可以同時共享鋪開畫面，同樣不需要下載，功能上可以同步youtube影片算是一大優點，跟2比起來多了虛擬舉手功能。

開源軟體這件事對我無感，畢竟我又不會自己架設，所以這件事情不是測試時主要考慮的重點；另外，每個人都是主持人，因此可以互相靜音對方（也可以自行打開）

然後Jitsi Meet只要線上隨意打一串英文或數字就可以開會議室，所以千萬要記得加密碼，我測試的時候隨便打房號123，突然出現各國語言的人在跟我聊天，hen可怕。

4.誰適合cisco WebEX？
基本上，它的介面跟操作邏輯，跟zoom幾乎一模一樣，包含共享方式、共享後註記、私訊設定，就連我去後台也是一樣的排版，但後台功能少很多，致電客服又轉原廠克服後得知，很多zoom的基礎功能，比如分組討論，都是需要到webEX training的網站方案後才有提供。

各位現在使用的帳號其實是在試用30天階段，一次買就是要買一年，沒有月費也沒有免費之說，原廠報價如下：

webex meeting center ：折扣前387鎂/年（1個帳號）
webex meeting training center：折扣前6100鎂/年（1個帳號）
webex：套裝組-兩個都能用，3180鎂/年（5個帳號）

經銷商有分等級，原廠會希望經銷商線上（或線下）來做簡報，可以問問題，之後再決定要不要買，會再報價一次可能比原廠現在的報價便宜（但對學校或老師個人來講，還是超貴⋯⋯）

它的優點是共享註記功能順非常多，操作上較直觀且更細緻，美賣，應該可以無痛轉移，或者沒有需求分組的人，現在就可以過去了，但記得只有30天，然後safari不支援共享畫面，建議下載軟體。

再補充：有其他網友問到開放教育機構使用meeting center外加開分組功能免費，也有人說免費不止30天，but目前沒有辦法確認狀況，我目前寫的以客服說法為準。

5.誰適合newrow？
newrow介面直觀且健全，免費即可以分組討論、線上出題考試，我很喜歡他白板可以換頁、可以「廣播」，聊天可以分成Q&A或一般聊天，嵌入共編文件功能（可下載）、拍照直接編輯的功能。

功能差異的部分，白板註記只能清除全部不能選擇只清除參會者，沒辦法共享註記，但可以添加不同類型的檔案，直接upload到軟體中（跟共享畫面不同概念）即可註記，然後可以靜音同學，他也不能自己打開，但他靜自己的話你要幫他打開不會跳提醒、也做不到（zoom會提醒）。

主持人可以控制與會者的權限：共享畫面、註解、寫筆記。

不過免費版只能5個成員，一個月32鎂可以增加到15個、51鎂增加到25個，難怪沒人用，在做測試的時候發現共享畫面不會卡頓，但分組或者是共享的瞬間會，大概比zoom慢一倍、跟hangout切換時的速度差不多。

它最大的缺點除了貴，還有翻譯很爛，它分組的翻譯叫做「爆炸」、檔案叫做「檔」，反正都是簡體+中國翻譯流。

6.誰適合cyberlink U？
視訊和音訊延遲，跟hangout差不多，可以靜音學生，但學生也可以自己解除，不能鎖會議室，但大部分共享、特定視窗、白板那些功能它都有，選這個不如選hangout。

初體驗很ㄎㄧㄤ很難打開，我下載後要打開卻很不靈敏，軟體跳動一下還是什麼都沒啟動；同事則是打開了之後，U說要寄驗證信，結果什麼都沒收到（為了怕被罵，加註也沒有在垃圾信件找到）。

於是這個實測心得是我同事寫的，我到現在還沒測到。

7.誰適合blue jeans？
強調杜比音效的blue jeans可以選定或隨機分組、白板註記功能，用起來還不錯，介面跟hangout相似，但他有連很多其他軟體，又有跟Jitsi一樣同步影片不卡頓的優勢。

缺點是它介面全英文，還有它的主持人功能非常弱，如果別人要共享或是註記，他就會蓋掉我的螢幕，目前還找不到可以設定禁止的地方；另外，我們有一次測試，進去分組之後不管主持人還是參會者都沒有顯示靜音，但實際上都聽不到彼此的聲音，還有分組學生是可以自己出來主會場的。

前面7天註冊免費使用所有功能，後面每個月9.99鎂，容納25個人，或14鎂75人/月，比zoom便宜一點，不過比較適用於成熟且班級有默契的個體，不然他要共享就是要共享，大家搶螢幕就飽了。

8.誰適合adobe connect？
主持人用酷課雲帳號可免費，是個我不知道怎麼說明比較好的軟體，他的介面很像古老時代的yahoo奇摩聊天室，但是該有的功能都有，重點是免費、可分組、可共享、可錄影，不過所有功能大概都只做半套，你可以看到他所有選項都被勾起來，但都有點不盡人意，以下細說。

還是先稱讚，adobe connect在很多部分做得很細緻，比如除了虛擬舉手之外還有同意、不同意、其他表情，可以選擇；另一方面是註記時的顏色、大小控制選項也很認真，連聊天的文字都可以選顏色。

哭笑不得的是這其實不是一個視訊軟體的重點，流暢度部分還可以，大概跟hangout差不多，但視訊很糊、一格一格，然後大家在共編共享的時候，9個人的頭像大小大概跟其他視訊軟體的一個頭像差不多；共享會出現只能共享整個螢幕，要選特定應用程式或文件，跑出要你開電腦設定，你開了他又不能共享的窘況。

總之我覺得在使用上雖然沒有很便利、按鍵也不夠直覺，但如果是學校老師，用酷課雲上手之後，應該可以做許多教學變化，加上它免費，不過就是要適應它自己獨特的介面。

（夥伴補充：北市買的帳號同時可以有最多五十間一起使用，每間上限一百人；也可以付款買這軟體）

測試結果如圖，圖1為功能全圖，圖2,3,4為功能+解說。

每個軟體有自己的受眾，有些就是為了開會而生的，它的設計是「平等」，也就是主持人除了開這個會議，沒有比其他人權限高出多少。

舉「靜音」為例，大部分軟體都能做到主持人靜音別人，但不是每個軟體都能跟zoom一樣做到主持人靜音後，自行控制選項決定要不要讓與會者自己打開；

在課程中難免會有同學很激動很想說話各自搶mic、有人家裡背景音很吵自己沒察覺、需要一小段時間宣佈事情的時候，目前測試沒有看到可以調整設定的，因此我們在這部分的建議是一定要跟學生建立好默契，要講話再開mic。

陸續更新，都只是測試，還沒有正式選定用來上課，因此完全還沒測試電腦以外的載具，也尚未測試學生端功能跟畫面，價錢跟乘載人數大家可以隨意查，沒有認真列上來。

主持人用酷課雲帳號可免費，是個我不知道怎麼說明比較好的軟體，他的介面很像古老時代的yahoo奇摩聊天室，但是該有的功能都有，重點是免費、可分組、可共享、可錄影，不過所有功能大概都只做半套，你可以看到他所有選項都被勾起來，但都有點不盡人意，以下細說。

還是先稱讚，adobe connect在很多部分做得很細緻，比如除了虛擬舉手之外還有同意、不同意、其他表情，可以選擇；另一方面是註記時的顏色、大小控制選項也很認真，連聊天的文字都可以選顏色。

哭笑不得的是這其實不是一個視訊軟體的重點，流暢度部分還可以，大概跟hangout差不多，但視訊很糊、一格一格，然後大家在共編共享的時候，9個人的頭像大小大概跟其他視訊軟體的一個頭像差不多；共享會出現只能共享整個螢幕，要選特定應用程式或文件，跑出要你開電腦設定，你開了他又不能共享的窘況。

總之我覺得在使用上雖然沒有很便利、按鍵也不夠直覺，但如果是學校老師，用酷課雲上手之後，應該可以做許多教學變化，加上它免費，不過就是要適應它自己獨特的介面。

每個軟體有自己的受眾，有些就是為了開會而生的，它的設計是「平等」，也就是主持人除了開這個會議，沒有比其他人權限高出多少。

舉「靜音」為例，大部分軟體都能做到主持人靜音別人，但不是每個軟體都能跟zoom一樣做到主持人靜音後，自行控制選項決定要不要讓與會者自己打開；

在課程中難免會有同學很激動很想說話各自搶mic、有人家裡背景音很吵自己沒察覺、需要一小段時間宣佈事情的時候，目前測試沒有看到可以調整設定的，因此我們在這部分的建議是一定要跟學生建立好默契，要講話再開mic。

陸續更新，都只是測試，還沒有正式選定用來上課，因此完全還沒測試電腦以外的載具，也尚未測試學生端功能跟畫面，價錢跟乘載人數大家可以隨意查，沒有認真列上來。

The downpours, pelting over Kowloon as though they were bullets from above, had finally subsided. For Liverpool, however, this was the inception of the storm.

Before the sun could fully crack through the scattered clouds that Friday morning in Hong Kong last July 21st, Jurgen Klopp’s phone screen was crowded with notifications from sporting director, Michael Edwards, and Fenway Sports Group president, Mike Gordon.

It is Saturday, January 6 2018, where a long-scheduled New Year’s celebration for Liverpool’s staff at the Klopp residence has coincided with the £142m sale of Coutinho to Barcelona.
