Something new for my children again! Life is all about experiences. Since we can not travel to try new things. Trying out new recipes and introducing new food to them can be quite interesting. I found this baby octopuses from the Sekinchan supplier Hai Seng Huat 海成发网站客服 +60 16-665 2836 too.

So I thought of trying it out with Kung Po/Gong Bao style recipe. Ohlala, it was damn good.

Marinade ingredients :
. Baby octopus
. Honey. Corn Starch
. Pepper. Soy sauce
-Marinate the octopus with above ingredients before frying them.

Stir Fry ingredients:
. Oil for frying octopus before stir-frying with the rest
. Dried Chilis cut to around 3cm long
. Szechuan peppercorns
. Dark sauce
. Slices garlic
. Cut big red onions
. cut spring onions into 2" long
. Toasted cashew nuts
. Minced Ginger
. 2 spoons sugar
. Black Chinese vinegar
. Sesame oil
. Oyster Sauce
. Soy sauce
. cooking wine (optional)
. 2 spoons of corn starch with one spoon of water

You can serve this with fried or steamed mantou/bun or steamed rice. Pretty easy to cook this.
