The walkups apartments and street houses used to monopolize cities in Taiwan as a universal solution to accommodate war refugees. But seven decades passed, today we develop such a contrast that high-rising housing estates become the major and ubiquitous objects within the cityscape while old buildings are labeled as countryside. People are leaving their home in exchange to profitable, entrepreneurial life in cities. It’s not a call for nostalgia but maybe a retrospection after many years of urban life. 名古屋で出会った愛されラーメン！愛知県名古屋市『藤一番 柳橋店』 に伺いました。「藤一番」は愛知県や東海地区を中心にフランチャイズ展開しているお店で30年以上の歴史があります。お店に入っていただいてみると子どもから年配の方まで幅広い層の方が喜ぶような家庭的な雰囲気と味わいがありました。しょうゆラーメンやチャーシューメン、塩ラーメン、とんこつラーメンなどのベーシックなものや、名古屋で有名な台湾ラーメン、チャーハンなどのご飯ものなどデイリーユースにも便利なお店でした。それでは早速動画をご覧ください！

The beloved ramen I met in Nagoya! We visited "Fuji Ichiban Yanagibashi Store" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. "Fuji Ichiban" is a franchise store mainly in Aichi prefecture and Tokai area, and has a history of more than 30 years. When I entered the shop, there was a homely atmosphere and taste that would please a wide range of people from children to the elderly. It was a convenient shop for daily use, such as basic items such as soy sauce ramen, char siu noodles, salt ramen, and tonkotsu ramen, as well as rice items such as Taiwan ramen and fried rice, which are famous in Nagoya. Before, after taking out the takeaway ramen, I was completely addicted to the charm of the taste and sometimes visited to eat. It was born in Kitashirakawa, Kyoto in 2005, and is now a popular store with 105 stores (as of 2021) nationwide. The signboard is the light-tasting soy sauce ramen with backfat that has been popular in Kyoto for a long time, and the Kyoto style is to eat with plenty of Kyoto Kujo green onions.
