4種のフラワーフルーツサンド
8個分
材料:
食パン(8枚切り) 8枚
■チーズクリーム
生クリーム 200ml
クリームチーズ(室温に戻す)200g
砂糖 大さじ3
■マンゴーチューリップサンド
マンゴー(0.2cm・スライス)1/2個分
キウイ(1cm幅・輪切り)2枚
ラズベリー 3個
乱切りフルーツ 適量
■モザイクフラワーサンド
オレンジ (2×6cm・角切り)1本
ピンクグレープフルーツ(2×6cm・角切り)1本
パイナップル(2×6cm・角切り)1本
ドラゴンフルーツ(2×6cm・角切り)1本
キウイ(1cm幅・縦に切る)1枚
マスカット 2個
乱切りフルーツ 適量
■いちごの小花サンド
いちご 3個
マスカット(縦半分に切る)1.5個
乱切りフルーツ 適量
■キウイの大輪サンド
ゴールデンキウイ 1個
キウイ(1cm幅・縦に切る)1枚
マスカット 2個
乱切りフルーツ 適量
作り方:
1. チーズクリームを作る。ボウルにクリームチーズと砂糖を入れて、砂糖が溶けてなめらかになるまでハンドミキサーでよく混ぜる。
2. 別のボウルに生クリームを入れて、ハンドミキサーで8分立てにしたら、(1)と混ぜ合わせてかためのクリームを作る。
3. マンゴーチューリップサンドを作る。食パンを2枚1組にし、片方にチーズクリームを薄く塗って、ラップの上にひし形になるように置く。マンゴーを少しずつずらしながら重ねて並べ、端から巻いてロール状(巻きにくければ1枚ずつ貼り付ける)にしたものを中央にのせる。すぐ下にキウイを置き、チーズクリーム、ラズベリー、チーズクリーム、キウイの順に重ねる。両端に乱切りフルーツを置き、全体にチーズクリームをのせたら食パンではさみ、ラップできつめに巻いて、冷蔵庫に入れて1時間ほど冷やしてなじませる。三角形に切り分けたら、完成!
4. モザイクフラワーサンドを作る。食パンを2枚1組にし、片方にチーズクリームを薄く塗って、ラップの上にひし形になるように置く。オレンジ、ピンクグレープフルーツ、パイナップル、ドラゴンフルーツを2段に重ねて中央にのせる。すぐ下にマスカットを横向きに置き、チーズクリーム、キウイを横向きに、チーズクリーム、マスカットの順に重ねる。両端に乱切りフルーツを置き、全体にチーズクリームをのせたら食パンではさみ、ラップできつめに巻いて、冷蔵庫に入れて冷蔵庫に入れて1時間ほど冷やしてなじませる。三角形に切り分けたら、完成!
5. いちごの小花サンドを作る。食パンを2枚1組にし、片方にチーズクリームを薄く塗って、ラップの上にひし形になるように置く。いちごを縦に並べてチーズクリームをのせたら、マスカットを置いて、下の部分をぐっと押し込む。両端に乱切りフルーツを置き、全体にチーズクリームをのせたら食パンではさみ、ラップできつめに巻いて、冷蔵庫に入れて1時間ほど冷やしてなじませる。三角形に切り分けたら、完成!
6. キウイの大輪サンドを作る。食パンを2枚1組にし、片方にチーズクリームを薄く塗って、ラップの上にひし形になるように置く。ゴールデンキウイを中央にのせ、すぐ下にマスカットを横向きに置き、チーズクリーム、キウイを横向きに、チーズクリーム、マスカットの順に重ねる。両端に乱切りフルーツを置き、全体にチーズクリームをのせたら食パンではさみ、ラップできつめに巻いて、冷蔵庫に入れて1時間ほど冷やしてなじませる。三角形に切り分けたら、完成!

1 pink grapefruit piece (2x6cm)

1 dragonfruit piece (2x6cm)
1 kiwi slice (1cm)
2 muscat grapes
Some dice fruits
■Mini strawberry flower sandwiches
3 strawberries
1.5 muscat grape pieces (cut in half)
Some diced fruits
■Big kiwi flower sandwiches
1 golden kiwi
1 kiwi slice (1cm)
2 muscat grapes
Some diced fruits
PREPARATION
1. To make cheese cream, put cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until all sugar dissolved and become smooth.
2. Pour heavy cream into another bowl and whip until a ribbon forms. Mix with cheese cream(1).
3. To make mango tulip sandwiches, take 2 slices of bread loaf. Spread cheese cream on one slice and place diagonally (one of 4 corners is pointing at you). Place mango slices on a plate, overlapping slightly, then roll them into a spiral. Place the mango spiral in the center of the bread. Place kiwi below, spread cheese cream, then raspberries, cheese cream, and kiwi. Put diced fruits on sides, spread cheese cream and place the other slice of bread on top. Plastic-wrap it tight and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut diagonally to make two triangle shaped sandwiches. Yum!
4. To make mosaic flower sandwiches, take 2 slices of bread loaf. Spread cheese cream on one slice and place diagonally (one of 4 corners is pointing at you). Make 2 rows of fruit block with orange, pink grapefruit, pineapple and dragonfruit pieces, then place it in the center of the bread. Place muscat grapes below, spread cheese cream, then kiwi, cheese cream, and muscat grapes. Put diced fruits on sides, spread cheese cream and place the other slice of bread on top. Plastic-wrap it tight and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut diagonally to make two triangle shaped sandwiches. Enjoy!
5. To make mini strawberry flower sandwiches, take 2 slices of bread loaf. Spread cheese cream on one slice and place diagonally (one of 4 corners is pointing at you). Place strawberries vertically, spread cheese cream and place muscat grapes. Put diced fruits on sides, spread cheese cream and place the other slice of bread on top. Plastic-wrap it tight and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut diagonally to make two triangle shaped sandwiches. Yum!
6. To make big kiwi flower sandwiches, take 2 slices of bread loaf. Spread cheese cream on one slice and place diagonally (one of 4 corners is pointing at you). Place golden kiwi in the center of the bread, then muscat grapes below, spread cheese cream, kiwi, cheese cream, then muscat grapes again. Put diced fruits on sides, spread cheese cream and place the other slice of bread on top. Plastic-wrap it tight and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut diagonally to make two triangle shaped sandwiches.

ふわふわ生地と生クリームと和のみかん。
なんか、ほっとするような味のロールケーキです。

【Ingredients】25cm×25cm baking pan
●Batter
3 Eggs(large)
70g Granulated sugar
60g Cake flour
●Whipped cream
120g Heavy Cream
15g Granulated sugar
(add 15g sugar to 200g Double cream and beat)
7 mandarin oranges(Satsuma Mandarin)
【Directions】
①Crack an egg into a bowl.
②Mix it with a hand-mixer.
③Warm it at a double-boiler at 40°C until it is lukewarm.Add sugar.
(when it's lukewarm, remove the bowl from the double-boiler.)
④Beat it quickly with the hand-mixer until it gets thick.
Beat it until the mixture thickly sticks to the mixer and falls like ribbon.
⑤Mix it with the hand-mixer slowly for 30 sec to make the mixture smooth.
⑥Add shifted cake flour. Mix it with a rubber spatula. (like ladling out) Mix it well until it gets glossy.
⑦Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and make it flat.
Drop the baking sheet to get the air bubbles out.
⑧Bake it for 12 min at 180°C(356 °F)
⑨When it's baked, remove it from the baking sheet quickly and cool it on a cake cooler.
Wrap the top so that it doesn't get dry.
⑩When the cake is cool, take it out of the paper.
Coat the surface of the cake evenly with the cream and place the mandarin oranges
⑪Roll it and shape it nice, and cool it well in the fridge.
【材料】25×25cm 天板
●生地
卵(L) 3個
グラニュー糖 70g
薄力粉 60g
●ホイップクリーム
生クリーム 120g
グラニュー糖 15g
(生クリームに砂糖を加えて固めに立てておく)
●みかん(小粒)7個
【作り方】
①ボウルに卵を割り入れる。
②ハンドミキサーで混ぜる。
③40℃位の湯煎にかけてひと肌位に温める。(ひと肌に温まったら、湯煎から外す)
砂糖を加える。
④ハンドミキサーで白くもったりとするまで立てる。(高速)
生地がもったりと羽にくっついて、落ちた生地がリボン状になるくらいまで立てる。
⑤最後はハンドミキサーの低速で30秒ほどまわして、生地のキメを調える。
⑥ふるった薄力粉を加える。ゴムベラで混ぜる。
下からすくうようにボウルのふちでゴムベラをかえすようにして混ぜると良い。ツヤがでるまで、しっかりと混ぜる。
⑦ベーキングペーパーを敷いた天板に生地を流し、平らにする。
空気を抜くために天板ごと生地を落とす。
⑧180℃に予熱したオーブンで12分ほど焼く。
⑨焼けたらすぐに天板から外して、ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。上には乾燥しないように、ラップをかけておく。
⑩生地が冷めたら、 紙から外す。
ホイップクリームを塗り、みかんを並べる。
⑪巻いて形を調えたら、冷蔵庫でしっかりと冷やす。
*全卵は湯煎にかけたら温め過ぎない。
*生地は立てたときに爪楊枝が立つ位に立てる。
*薄力粉を加えた後はツヤが出るまでしっかりと混ぜる。
(私は70回ほど混ぜています)

Hello everyone, this is Misako Aoki.
Introducing the Wa-Loli (Japanese Lolita) makeup.
Starting now!
Using the concealer to cover the dark circles and pimple marks.
After hiding them, tapping the concealer on the skin to cover the pores.
Putting on the foundation.
Using a lighter color foundation will give a doll like look, so I'm selecting a lighter tone.
Putting face powder with some glitter will give the whole face a chinaware like skin.
When doing the Wa-Loli, the wear has quite a vivid color, so having stronger eyeshadow will match with the clothes. Using a bright colored turquoise blue eyeshadow.
Adding some gold glitter on top.
On the bag of the eye, adding gold and white glitter to make it look plumpy.
On the corner, using brown shadow to blend in to make a droopng eye and giving it a 3D effect.
Using liquid black eye liner.
Making it a stronger makeup, the corner sticking out and giving it wings.
To give strong impression eyelashes, putting on some gorgeous ones, but to make it even more gorgeous, shifting the place to apply to have more lashes on the corner side.
Adding fake eyelashes to the bottom will give a GAL type look, and Wa-Loli should be pure and clean, so using my own eyelashes here.
Adding color to the cheek with bright orange which looks like a mixture of red and orange, and mixing it with pink.
Adding to the whole part especially under the eye will enforce the eye and make it look bigger, and give a cute look like Japanese dolls.
Finally using powder to shade off the entire face, giving it a soft look.
Red lipstick to straighten the shape of the lip to a puckered up mouth.
The corner of the mouth should have the color shaded off with concealer.
Using red lip gloss to give more charming and Japanese doll like look.
Putting a hint of rhinestone to the eyebags.
Placing it just below the pupils of the eye will make the eyes look bigger and the point will be concentrated there, giving it more gorgeous look.
When putting the rhinestones, the gems itself are pretty big, so using fake eyelashes glue instead of vaseline will have it kept on.
Depending on the fashion, 2 or 3 could go on, and it may look cute with them on both corners of the eye.
Some people put them on the eyebrows, so enjoy the makeup by putting them wherever you like.
Using this bobbed brunette hair wig to make it Japanese like.
As there are flower designs on the costume, I've selected head accessories with flower motifs and since it's a bobbled hair, I wasn't able to do many hair arrangement but to give a little gorgeous look with the hair accessories.
Many pearl motif hair accessory like a Kanzashi comb to give it more gorgeous look.

The Japanese design ribbon is an eye catcher.
For the top, the scale print design on the sleeve is the key, and wearing it directly or pulling it over is cute.
The skirt has a lot of volume.
Wearing as it is can be used as a Pannier.
The top is a cover wear with the bare shoulder cut.
Matching with the skirt to make it girlie look, matching with pants to make it stylish. It could be used in different styles.
