女兒專屬午餐❤️

上週吃韓國烤肉時，女兒好喜歡吃玉米+奶油+起司，所以今日午餐自創料理：

先融化Organic Valley butter加入有機玉米，另一鍋煮有機貝殼麵和嫩花椰菜，煮熟後放入同一鍋，再鋪上Organic Valley Baby Swiss Cheese，連在減肥的媽媽不住偷吃兩口，好好吃啊😍

早安，喝了防彈咖啡了嗎？☕️

防彈咖啡的風潮席捲全美，創始人是一位矽谷的科技創業家Dave Asprey。

防彈咖啡的靈感來自於一次喜馬拉雅山的登高健行之旅。他在那次旅行中喝到加了犛牛奶油的酥油茶，讓他精神大振。之後他用咖啡取代茶，經過多次實驗後，製作出「防彈咖啡」（Bulletproof coffee），喝了一個半月的防彈咖啡，看台灣許多報導一直在強調可以減重瘦身的功效,不過目前為止我只瘦一公斤耶（好弱,哈哈）最主要沒有認真一起搭配書裡的防彈飲食吧！因為晚餐還有老公女兒，他們還是習慣中式料理，如果避開以白米為主食的澱粉，等女兒睡後爬起來上網看電視，又會肚子餓嘴饞吃餅乾+啤酒（壞示範）

雖然我也很需要減重,但會一直持續不間斷每天早上自製防彈咖啡,甚至老公上班前也會打一杯給他,完全因為非常好喝（比加牛奶的拿鐵強太多了）外加可以提振精神 專注力，卻不會有喝完咖啡幾小時後隨之而來的昏睡感。

「防彈咖啡」加了健康油脂的防彈飲食，能夠有效的調整腸道好菌，戰勝體脂肪。吃下好油脂，能有飽足感，並讓膽汁活躍，讓身體高效排毒。難怪這麼廣受喜愛的飲品,從美國紅到日本、台灣。

八月一到美國逛Whole Foods看到有機椰子油就隨手拿一罐要來試打防彈咖啡，加了椰子油只能做出基本奶油咖啡，而且椰子油的味道非常重，老公是完全無法，我則喝了一週整個大膩！後來決定要做正統防彈咖啡，也就是升級咖啡豆現煮咖啡，無鹽草飼奶油外加MCT Oil，哇！真的超級好喝呀！而且持續大約五小時都不會有飢餓感，整個精神集中許多，到現在女兒早上醒來都會問我喝咖啡了沒，因為她知道喝了防彈咖啡後的媽咪心情好 精神極佳啊！一喝讓人很難回去，現在也好少去星巴克，寧願自製防彈咖啡💪🏼

關於咖啡豆書裡有提到最好經過黴菌測驗的（咖啡的黴菌毒素問題其實非常嚴重），剛開始我有點忽略這點，直接用在峇里島買的小綿羊公豆泡，想說一包也不便宜而且公豆蠻香的，但每次喝完皮膚都會癢癢（我屬於非常敏感體質），最近換了有機認證的咖啡豆，雖然沒有特別強調有經過黴菌檢驗，但喝了卻不會癢耶！所以這真的有差，我的皮膚是自動檢測器啊～

無鹽草飼奶油我選擇Organic Valley butter，我是它們家的愛好者，從女兒愛吃的String Cheese到抹麵包的Cream Cheese還有鮮乳，品質和口感非常好啊！

MCT Oil是防彈咖啡的靈魂人物，千萬別用椰子油，保證喝不到兩週一定膩這味道超濃的椰子味咖啡！
椰子油萃取液 MCT（中長鏈三酸甘油脂）以選擇C8和C10含量高的較優，椰子油的C8跟C10含量沒有MCT含量高， MCT的功效遠比一般椰子油要強十八倍，有趣的是，人類的母乳也含很高比例的這種油脂，讓腸胃較不容易長出壞菌

另外記得用果汁機或電動攪拌器將奶油和MCT Oil混合進去咖啡裡，而不是只用湯匙攪拌，這點也很重要，因為用果汁機可以將奶油打碎成一種叫做微泡（micelle)的東西，讓身體可以輕鬆使用脂肪作為能量。你的膽汁也會製造微泡，不過有越多微泡，身體就會有越多脂肪可以利用，這表示用果汁機混合奶油到咖啡裡，可幫助身體將脂肪當作能量來源。

雖然家中已有耐高溫至108℃的Vita mix，但想到每天打完都要清理油膩膩的容杯，直接買了Kitchen Aid電動攪拌棒，更好清洗且也可打出濃密奶泡。
