🤣 Unshaved & casual photo on a casual Sunday. Outside my home people rarely see me in casual as my profession has its dress codes and I am always busy with my work.
So I thought today to post a casual photo, because I am increasingly getting clients for stress management due to social media peer pressure.
People often portrait themselves in social media as person who they are not in REALITY.
Remember, you can never CHEAT yourself. You always know who you are. So, don't live other people's lives.
You DON'T NEED to show anyone anything. It's your life; live it as you like as long as it fulfill your inner desire and brings peace in you.
By portraying yourself as someone you are not won't make you happy, because it will increase the EMPTINESS within.
Your INNER PEACE depends, it only depends, on your true relationship with yourself, only yourself.
