In occasion of the Photo Vogue Festival held in November 2019, Gucci Beauty and Vogue Italia launched an Instagram scouting project. As a result, photographer David PD Hyde captures Ellie and Kadri Vahersalu for a special editorial featuring the buildable Gucci Mascara L’Obscur. The portfolio is inspired by Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s words: “I designed L’Obscur mascara for an authentic person who uses makeup to tell their story of freedom, in their way.”
Selected from the Gucci Beauty and Vogue Italia Instagram scouting project launched during the Photo Vogue Festival in November 2019—photographer David PD Hyde captures Ruoyi Yi and Jahmal Baptiste wearing the Gucci Mascara L’Obscur, a buildable mascara featuring an ultra-rich creamy texture and long-wearing finish.
