I miss pole dancing so much 💔This was an old combo I was working On before I left HK. Luckily my new pole has just arrived and soon I’ll be teaching again! I honestly dislike being a beginner. I remember when I first started going to the gym I have absolutely no idea what I was going to do. .
But oh well, everyone has to start somewhere.

My new fitness goal is to challenge myself to go out of my comfort zone (which is lifting heavy weights btw ❤) and try new things. In addition to lifting, every weeks I will try different exercises (one per week) i.e. boxing, dancing, yoga, pole, aerial, hiking, running etc. I used to do this while I was in Bangkok but just thought the experience in Leeds might be somewhat different! .
