低調 Joey？

港区公安專頁個 admin 叫 Joey？
話說警察約於 2020 年 12 月 11 日，在其官方臉書專頁，發表了一帖文，裡面寫了一句：
「Joey, 可否幫我低調地改？😅」

以上帖文後來被刪除，留有另一條類似的帖文，並罕有地加上了英文翻譯：

警方的臉書似乎是由不同人士管理，其中原帖文作者的英文水平看來略有不足，要由一名叫 Joey 的管理人員額外加上英文翻譯。但原帖的管理員不單英文不濟，還擁有肥大的手指，誤把草稿文章直接發佈，所以就出現了「Joey, 可否幫我低調地改？😅」如此令人尷尬的一句。
從這個小失誤，我們可以得知：
一，港区公安的臉書專頁有起碼二人管理。
二，其中一人叫 Joey。
三，另外一人的英文水平似乎不高，要靠其他人幫助翻譯。
四，該人要求別人修改文章或插入英文翻譯時，態度顯得鬼鬼祟祟，要別人「低調地改」。
五，低調 Joey 的英文水平較鬼鬼祟祟管理員為高。
六，鬼鬼祟祟的原帖管理人員，其指肥大，在操作官方專頁時間中出現失誤。
七，至於加上英文本來又不是甚麼難堪之事，市民大眾本來也不期望公安一定懂英文，為何這名管理員要求加英文時，卻要寫一句「可否幫我低調地改」，做事鬼鬼祟祟，實在令人費解，有待分析其動機。
嚴格來說，這名鬼鬼祟祟兼手指肥大的管理員，負責管理港区公安的臉書專頁，其做事的方式及態度不合格。
有些人也許會覺得這只是小事，不應吹毛求疵，但警方必須留意，任何在官方網頁或社交媒體專頁上發佈的消息，都可以成為巨大的公關災難。例如早前有人用教宗的 Instagram 戶口去讚好巴西性感女星的照片，除了令性女一步變聖女，還變成國際醜聞。
如果香港政府轄下之部門，運用民眾的血汗公帑去聘請專業人員來管理其專頁，卻出現如此尷尬的「低調」留言，難免令香港人民質疑公家資源是否運用得其所，或是有沒有更好使用資源的方法。今天可以不小心披露另一低調管理人員的名字，將來會否不慎披露港区公安的其他資料？
到了如今地步，大家都不禁想問：Joey，你可否低調地話我哋知，呢個咁高調叫你低調兼爆響你名嘅同事叫乜名？
