一直以來我都好想有機會可以到 Club Lusitano 吃飯，有超過150年歷史的 Club Lusitano，只接受在香港本地的葡萄牙人成為會員及享用葡萄牙菜 (吃飯當然要另外付款)。
今天有幸可以進入這個私人會所吃葡式午餐，實在要感謝「葡萄牙語在香港」導師 Alex 的邀請 (更要多謝一位朋友請客🙏)。在香港吃葡萄牙菜的機會不多，今天終於可以讓味蕾和腸胃開心一下😂，思緒都飛到了葡萄牙😍。
Working hard to achieve the healthy and fit body goals before the year end festive season? While its important to increase physical workouts, changing the daily food routine would be a great help too. Healthy foods often give people the impression that they are bland, dry and boring but the team at Pantai Hospital Penang has put in great effort to make things interesting. "Nutra By Pantai" is a new division of service established by the hospital which aims to provide a continuity of care to patients after hospitalization and to take care the wellbeing of the community by offering them suitable healthy food options. All meal recipes are carefully screened through and prepared by a team of experts and are prepared from fresh ingredients with stringent quality control measures to ensure food safety. Amongst the 4 major services provided by "Nutra By Pantai" are Therapeutic Meals, Get Fit Meals, Healthy Snacks and Bakery.

How To Order:
Register an account via Pantai Hospital Penang App and hop over to "Nutra By Pantai" and choose the meal as well as effective date. Basic information like address will be required and you will be prompted to check out for payment. The delivery fee will be automatically calculated based on the delivery address.

超級“佛系”的老闆，超有個性的小店，可惜就要關門不做了！ /葡式美食
廣東省內做葡國菜的餐廳確實不多！
去過澳門的股東，對於葡國菜一定不陌生。但是，在廣東省內，做葡國菜的餐廳還是比較少的。今天我們要去的這家店，就是為數不多主做葡國菜、並且，口碑還不錯的其中一家。它位於中山東區，店面不大，最多也就能坐下20幾個客人，而老闆也是比較“佛系”，從未做過宣傳，也沒有請人幫手，店裡所有的事情包括烹飪，都是他一手包辦；因此，來這裡吃飯，你要做好長時間等待的心理準備。那麼，這兒的出品怎麼樣呢？看看大秋是怎麼評價的吧。對了，據老闆說，他這家店很快就要轉手了，如果看完視頻想試試，記得要趁早！
