Sting 史丁之前隸屬的樂團：Police有一首膾炙人口的歌曲「every breath you take」，大意大概是這樣：

乍看之下很浪漫，但史丁講的是一個在實際生活裡對他造成過困擾的跟蹤狂，而不是多數人以為的愛慕情感。
