【口罩有無用？】當你見到澳洲的官方建議。。。

剛在居澳洲的朋友的facebook看到一段小筆戰，
覺得很值得跟大家分享一下。

話說連澳洲都好難買到口罩，
於醫院工作的朋友遇上明明比左錢去拎貨時卻說沒貨，
返到公司更發現剩下的5個被偷/用了。
他在facebook分享經歷後，
居然有人留言說：
"你知戴口罩是對冠狀病毒沒效的嗎?"
(You do know that face masks are not effective for corona virus 🦠?"

問他可有資料back up 這種說法，
他叫大家看澳洲政府Department of Health出的文件。

我們的牙醫朋友看後，留了1句：
"Thanks, read. Looks like this is the thing between trust the gov or common sense"
"你信政府還是信常識?"

文件中的確寫了句：
"Face masks are not recommeded. A face mask will not protect you against becoming infected. "
"不建議戴口罩。口罩不能保護你免受感染。"

但當我看到文件中提到建議的預防措施的第3點：
"Cough and sneeze into your elbow"
咳嗽和打噴嚏時向你的手肘。。。

What?!
真係no thank you la...
口罩絕對是比這個建議方法更有效吧!!

Water Rafting - Taman Rekreasi Sungai Sedim.

First, I memang jantan lebih kat sini. Second, I proud sebab I berjaya matchy2 my head gear with jaket keselamatan.🤣. .

Anyway, tempat ni adalah tempat yang sama dengan Tree Top Walk. Just jalan kaki je dah boleh sampai belah sungai.

Kat sini all in dari briefing - lessons - water confidence (lompat dari atas ke dalam air!!!) - water rafting by group. Kena dengar dengan jelas tak boleh skip satu pun.

It is my first time and to be honest I am too excited when I was there. Sumpah best sampaikan kaki I cramp lepas terjun masuk air.🤣 Recommeded berjuta-juta bintang.

I dah sampai ke Kulim, Kedah belah sini. Hangpa semua pun mai lah! Nanti share kat blog okie about this pulak. 🙈. .

Stayed in incubating my baby to make sure nothing is going wrong. Ordered some food from Postmates but my delivery never came so we ended going to in search for food anyways. Checked out one of Jonathan Golds recommeded restaurants in Thai town called Pa Old Noodle House and we we're not sure what to expect. At least we got some food in out bellies at the end of the night.
