This video tutorial we are showing you the way to render 8K for Youtube with Adobe Premiere Pro. As I searched online fore the bitrates which seem there are no documents on which is needed. So I tried different bitrates and found one that processes quite fast, so its also fast to publish your videos. However it is not an instant and depending on how long your video is, it can still take a while, but noticeable it is relatively the fastest to process the 8k to 1080 and have a 1080p version ready to publish, while other settings often stayed longer on SD resolution 360p.

In this episode, I talk about SD card speeds especially for video creating. I was browsing through Facebook groups and noticed some misinformation that was posted by one of the group member.

Generally, an SD card has 3 class speed system: a Class speed, a UHS class speed and Video speed. All speed systems are introduced progressively as cameras are able to record in higher resolution video.

Here to talk sense into all the madness, with so many people speculating over the specs of the new EOS R5, drooling over the ability of 8k. Without even looking at how big the files sizes might be of new Canon EOS R5 nor if they can afford to film in 8k at the moment.

Looking at the older Canon EOS R the bit rates for 4k are:
IPB 4k 120Mbps
All-i 4k 480Mbps

8k resolution is actually 4 times the size of 4k and the files size also becomes 4 times as big:
IPB 8k 480Mbps
All-i 8k 1920Mbps

Knowing these info even filming at lower bitrate of IPB of 480Mbps, we are recording at roughly 35min recording time on 128gb card, meaning need to spend quite a lot of money to record long periods in 8k. And other think can you even edit in 8k, you might need to spend a lot more first to get a computer to even handle editing 8k files. And also we are talking about 8bit 4:2:0 and not even 10bit files if it even get those.

And Canon DSLR and Mirrorless often still ship with the 30min limit. Which actually not great for many kinds of shooting at it can cut off at important moment.

However we can expect it not having really Cine features to compete with the Canon C500ii, but nowadays there is a Z CAM F8 which also full frame 8k but will have all the professional features you will need as a filmmaker much more than what the EOS R gonna be.
