〔Digital Marketer〕
Work location: Sheung Wan/ Yau Ma Tei
Salary: 22K +, negotiable based on experience
5 Days work
Key Responsibilities:
－Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
－Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
－Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment
－Review business priorities, practical solution to business problems proactively
－Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
－Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website
－Design and implement Loyalty Program and reduce Abandon Carts
－Conduct user research, user testing, AB testing to optimize customer experience
－Analyze user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
－Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring promotion plans to boost business growth.
50% work on general marketing, 50% work on UI/UX
To be successful in this role you will exemplify our CORE values and:
－Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications is preferred
5+ years marketing experience at agencies or in-house is preferred
－Experience in Shopify is a bonus
－Strong market business sense and well knowing of the market
－Experience in marketing plans and brand building activities including social media, search engine, digital and media planning
－Strong analytic with good presentation and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
－Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
－Be proactive approach, with extreme confidence in taking ownership of your work and the results it drives
－Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy
－Last but not least, you should be a motorcycle enthusiast and able to share the joy of riding to your audience!

Job Description
－Prepare invoicing
－Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
－Review payments and receipt transactions
－Prepare company secretarial documents
－Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team
－Assist in ad-hoc job assignments, Pick up and deliver documents.
－Coordinate with team and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work
－Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system

Requirements:
－Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Business

－1-3 years’ experience in administrative field

Làm thế nào để viết một bài luận xin học bổng (Scholarship Essay)?
Ngoài việc lựa chon trường, ngành học hay xác định chỗ ăn chỗ ở cho phù hợp với điều kiện bản thân cũng như là kinh tế cho phép, thì việc lên kế hoạch là cực kì quan trọng, trong đó bao gồm việc viết tự luận hay thư giới thiệu bản thân ( mà trong tiếng anh gọi là Personal Statement, Motivation Letter or Statement of Purpose) cũng là một vấn đề khiến ai cũng phải vò đầu suy nghĩ, hao tâm tổn sức. Để giúp các bạn cảm thấy dễ dàng hơn và có thể hình dung được mình cần phải làm gì trước tiên thì mình cũng có 1 vài tip nho nhỏ sau đây.
Step 1 Pre-plan (Bước chuẩn bị):
Ở bước này, điều các bạn cần làm là RESEARCH và WRITE DOWN tất cả các học bổng các bạn dự định sẽ apply.
Sau đó, tìm kiếm tất cả những điểm chung trong các yêu cầu của tất cả các học bổng đó, bạn sẽ tiết kiêm được rất nhiều thời gian khi chỉ cần viết 1 hoặc 2 bài essays.
Nhớ để ý deadline, vì không ai muốn bỏ lỡ mất cơ hội được nhận tiền free cả.
Step 2 - Craft your story (Brainstorming): lập dàn ý
Hãy hạn chế việc đưa bảng điểm thành tích hay resume của bạn vào trong bài. Vì thật chất khi nộp hồ sơ các bạn đã phải show hết cho họ tất cả những thứ đó rồi, họ biết học lực bạn như thế nào, bạn giỏi ra làm sao cũng như kinh nghiệm hoạt động ngoại khoá của bạn. Thứ họ CẦN là một điều gì đó "UNIQUE" về bạn.
Để có thể làm được điều đó thì các bạn cần phải đầu tư 1 lượng thời gian xứng đáng và công sức của mình. Hãy viết xuống bất kì thứ gì hoặc điều gì xảy ra trong cuộc đời mà đã tạo động lực rất lớn cho bản thân các bạn và điều đó khiến các bạn thích thú ra bản draft (nháp). Và đọc thật kĩ chúng để có thể chọn ra một việc mà các bạn nghĩ là sẽ thu hút được giám khảo.
Step 3 - Get started (Bắt đầu viết bài - Mở bài):
Sau khi các bạn đã tìm ra được câu chuyện của mình. Thì việc đầu tiên các bạn cần làm là phải viết một cái gì đó gây ấn tượng mạnh cho người đọc khoảng chừng 2-3 câu ONLY (A Hook).
Các bạn không cần nhất thiết phải theo một lối truyền thống nào cả (Tuy nhiên mình không khuyến khích các bạn tạo một cuộc tranh cãi nảy lửa trong bài hay đưa ra một hướng giải quyết cho một vấn đề nào đó)...
