台灣番茄特別便宜又美味,作法也很簡單,只要全材料丟進果汁機或食物調理機打碎即可。

小番茄---300g
洋蔥---50g
青椒---50g
辣椒---1支
蒜頭---1瓣
檸檬汁---1大匙
鹽巴---適量
黑糖---1/2茶匙
黑胡椒---適量
●有的話追加
辣椒粉---1/2茶匙
孜然---1/4茶匙
芫荽粉---1/2茶匙

☆作法步驟☆

全材料丟入果汁機or食物調理機or手切成泥狀。
[2]
放入保鮮盒置入冰箱冷藏30分鐘~1晚使其入味即可享用。
★小撇步
鹽巴的用量請隨個人喜好做調整。 怕辣的人可以將辣椒粉及辣椒的用量減少。 建議先打蔬果類,最後在加入香菜打勻比較好吃。 另外我也很推薦加上tabasco味道也很好喔!

DancePot will *resume back starting this July 1* with safety SOPs in place.
Even though we're excited to 𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 back this 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆, there will be some strict 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗢𝗣𝘀 in place for DancePot. Everyone plays a part; parents, students, teachers and staffs. Together, we'll be able to create a safe learning environment for everyone!
▪️If you have 🤧🤒 flu, fever, cough or not feeling well, please do not turn up for class to avoid infecting others.
▪️Arrive and Depart with your dance attire 🩱 to avoid overcrowding of the common areas. Changing rooms will be temporary disabled.
▪️No waiting policy. 👩👧𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟭 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 is allowed to wait in to avoid overcrowding of the space. If possible, we'd recommend to drop-and-pickup instead. Please cooperate 🙏🏻
▪️Face mask 😷 is required before and after class. You may take it off during high-intensity class as the chances of you fainting due to lack of oxygen will be higher than contracting coronavirus.
▪️Temperature🌡️ screening is required upon entering. If your temperature > 37.5°C please u-turn back home.
▪️Sanitize your hands 🤲 upon entry and whenever necessary.
▪️Check in 📲 with MySejahtera app for fast access. Only for non-registered students and visitors as we do keep track of daily attendance.
▪️For classes using shoes 👟, please 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 a clean indoor pair of shoes. 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲! Please pity your dance teachers for mopping the floor. You will also need to disinfect your shoes before going in to your class.
▪️All windows will be opened for natural air ventilation. It could reduce transmission rate up to 72%.
▪️Maintain social distance 👬🏻 with at least 1-1.5 m apart while you're in the common areas and studios. There are markers everywhere to guide you. Please follow!
▪️We already anticipate that you may not follow social distance 100%. Hence, our teachers and staffs are prepared to nag 🤬 and remind you to keep a safe distance from each other. Parents, please please help us to educate your child to maintain social distance as well.
▪️Most classes may end 5 mins earlier 🕐 so that our hard-working teachers can perform basic cleaning/disinfection.
▪️No waiting 🚷 at the common areas for > 15 mins before/after class to avoid overcrowding. Please arrive and depart on time.
▪️Our hardworking teachers will perform a quick disinfecting mop 🧼 around the studio after their class. These classes will be zumba, yoga, street dance, latin, salsa, contemporary.
▪️Aerial yoga hammocks will be sprayed with safe-to-human water 💦 based disinfectant by our aerial teachers at the end of their class.
▪️Ballet barre will be wiped 🧽 with safe-to-human disinfectant by our ballet teachers at the end of their class.
▪️High-touch areas like door knobs, taps, switches, railings, tables and benches will be cleaned and disinfected 🧽 by our staffs every day.
▪️All dance studios will be fogged with safe-to-human water 💧 based disinfectant at the end of the day.

Just like you, I was once a student, and the truth is, you can get really lazy to cook for yourself especially when you are living on your own with very limited space and cooking utensils.
During my first year in Uni, I ate out every single day and without even realising it, I started gaining weight. It wasn’t until towards the end of my 2nd year, where I started to learn to cook for myself. I had no idea what I was doing. So it was super basic cooking, with very little ingredients, but hey, that got back on a healthier eating track and that’s how I got into fitness.
Here are 3 of my favourite student meals, which I still cook up till today because they are easy, you won’t need a lot of ingredients or space and they can be ready in under 15 minutes.

JACKET POTATO with TUNA & MELTED CHEESE
Ingredients (serves 1)
1. 1 large Potato, washed – 197Cals
2. ½ can Tuna Chunks – 55Cals
3. 2 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 36Cals
4. 1 tbsp. Yoghurt – 59Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
Steps:
1. The first step is to prick the potato all over with a knife.
2. Then cook the potato on full power in the microwave for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of your potato.
3. While the potato is cooking, in a bowl, mix the tuna chunks, yoghurt and herbs together. Then set it aside.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the potato from the microwave and cut the potato in half lengthwise and fill up with tuna mixture.
5. Then I’m going to top it up with some shredded cheese. Place it back into the microwave, and cook very quickly for about one and a half minutes just to melt the cheese.
Per Serving - 337Cals
WHITE BEANS & CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can White Beans, rinsed and drained – 380Cals
2. 1 Chicken Breast (400g), cubed – 780Cals
3. 2 Onions, chopped – 92Cals
4. 4 Celery Stalks, chopped – 24Cals
5. 1 Carrot, sliced – 25Cals
6. 1 Tomato, sliced – 22Cals
7. 4 cups Chicken Stock – 48Cals
8. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
9. Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Chopped all the vegetables - onions, celery, carrot and tomato. And slice up the chicken breast.
2. The next step is to simple fill up a pot with chicken stock and add in all your ingredients.
3, I’m seasoning mine with a little bit of mixed herbs and salt and pepper.
4. Allow all the ingredients to cook under medium heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm!
Per Serving – 343Cals
BLACK BEAN SALSA WRAP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained – 336Cals
2. 1 can Corn, rinsed and drained – 196Cals
3. 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped – 30Cals
4. 3 tbsps. Salsa Sauce – 12Cals
5. 4 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 72Cals
6. 2 cups Spinach – 14Cals
7. ½ tsp. Mixed Herbs
8. 4 Wholegrain Wrap – 520Cals
Steps:
1. In a bowl, simple combine the beans, corn, bell pepper, salsa sauce and season with mixed herbs.
2. Now let’s assemble it! Place your wrap on a plate. Arrange a handful of spinach. Then, spoon the bean mixture onto the wrap and I’m going to top mine with a little bit of shredded cheese and roll it up!
