Joe：「中國和印度應該會持續僵持下去，那些區域其實都沒啥經濟價值，雙方就是不斷的擴大防禦，直到對方先受不了為止」

印度與中國邊境持續緊張，一家與中國共產黨有關的科技公司蒐集印度總統、總理等超過一萬個名人和組織的資料，利用大數據對印度進行「混合戰」，「印度快報」(The Indian Express)報導，這家與中國政府與共產黨有連結的深圳振華數據訊息技術有限公司正在蒐集印度名人資料，自稱是用大數據進行「混合戰」(hybrid warfare)和「中華民族偉大復興」的先驅，振華數據訊息科技公司透過大數據，正在蒐集、監控包括總統、總理、省長、市長、議員、法官、各黨派人物等至少1350名政治人物及其家人的資料，這個數據資料庫蒐集了超過一萬名印度名人和其家人的資料，範圍涵蓋印度各省市和中央直轄區。

經過兩個多月的調查，印度快報表示，這家位於深圳的公司只花2年就利用人工智慧和大數據建構了龐大的數據庫，其中至少蒐集包括總理莫迪在內的700名印度政治人物，還有460名政治人物近親資料，及100多個政治人物的家庭成員名單；此外還有350名現任和前任國會議員的資料，振華的資料庫內還有至少40名現任和前任省市長、副省市長及其家人；而印度兩大黨印度人民黨(BJP)和國大黨，及包括左翼政黨在內的其他政黨，被蒐集和監控的政治領袖至少有200人。

振華不僅蒐集政治人物和官方機構具影響力人員、關鍵職位官員的資料，根據調查，振華還蒐集印度法官、科學家、學者、記者、演員、運動員、宗教人物、社會運動人士的資料，甚至包括數百名被控有金融犯罪、腐敗、恐怖主義和走私毒品、黃金、武器與野生動植物的犯罪分子資料，領域相當廣泛。

報導刊出後不久，振華數據訊息技術公司已把公司網頁撤下，澳洲坎培拉的專家Robert Potter說，振華公司利用自由民主國家的開放資訊環境，針對個人與機構，替專制的中國當局監控外國個體是真的；他們蒐集目標對象的工作、家庭、領導角色及所處的組織等資訊，可在各方面利用，越南Fulbright大學教授Christopher Balding表示，中國蒐集外國人物的資料，演變為資訊污染、感知管理和宣傳等非軍事工具，對其他國家進行顛覆、破壞、影響或支配等所謂的「混合戰」，以達成它想達成的目的。

中印部隊5月在拉達克東部爆發對峙和衝突後，印度政府分別於6月和9月兩次宣布禁止59款和118款行動應用程式(App)，其中多數來自中國，理由是懷疑這些程式蒐集印度用戶資料傳送到第三地，影響國家安全。

另外，印度先前稱，五名印度人是意外進入中國領土的獵人，但中國官媒《環球時報》稱，這五名印度人是「裝扮成獵人的印度情報人員」，並指印度不時以這種方式派人越界刺探中國情況，是印度「蠶食中國控制地區」的一種手段，中國已對這五人進行了警告和教育。

中國外長王毅與印度外長蘇傑生9月10日在俄羅斯莫斯科舉行會談時達成共識，保持必要距離和緩和現地事態，兩國過往也似乎曾達成共識，但不能夠保證該區有長遠的和平，但這對於在短期內為局勢降溫有幫助。

美國威爾遜智庫（Wilson Centre）副總監Michael Kugelman認為，兩國都為衝突做好凖備，但同時明白即使是規模不大的戰爭，也不是一個選項，這對國家和周邊區域來說都是災難性的，冒險開戰帶來的經濟代價太大。

已退休的印度軍方上將Vinod Bhatia表示，雖然軍隊習慣處於惡劣環境，但有機會的話，雙方仍然想避免這一點，印度軍隊近期佔據了一些山嶺位置，可以俯瞰中方人員，兩國官方沒有確認這點，兩國聯合聲明並沒有足夠的細節，例如沒有提及實質控制線，實質控制線有幾處地方仍然有爭議性，那兒亦有軍隊駐守，所以其實沒澄清到這些問題如何解決，兩國都想維持現狀，但情況有點微妙，是因為雙方對現狀的定義都不一樣，中國軍隊想深入印度聲索的領土，目前不清楚他們會否放棄這些據點。

2014年開始，中印領導人習近平和莫迪曾見面18次，中印雙方避免就衝突發表更強硬的言論是因為不想影響兩國元首曾建立的關係，另外，中國解放軍在南海、中印邊界挑釁頻頻外，更將在不丹的中部與西部建立部隊，以在即將迎來的中國、不丹第25輪邊界談判中擁有更多籌碼。

媒體Hindustantimes報導指出，自2017年洞朗事件以來，解放軍至今已入侵不丹西部的5個地區，並自稱不丹國界往內移40公里才是「新的邊界」，解放軍除了以武力攻下之外，更在占領地區修建道路與軍事設施，並在邊界巡邏、恐嚇，防止不丹王軍進入，不斷擴張領土範圍，報導以印度的角度分析，稱不丹緊鄰印度連接國土的「西里古里走廊」（Siliguri corridor），若不丹妥協於中國的國土邊界變動，將影響到印度的國防安全，因此印度也暗自在軍事、外交、國防等層面協助不丹政府。

早在6月，中國即主張擁有不丹東部的薩克滕野生動物保護區（Sakteng Wildlife Sanctuary）領土主權，占地750平方公里的薩克滕野生動物保護區，位於不丹與印度邊界，長年以來，中國官方堅稱長約600公里的中國、不丹邊界「從未正式劃定」，也讓不丹當局感到震驚，自6月中國入侵中印的實際控制線、宣稱擁有不丹東部領土以來，顯示中國在習近平的領導下，以擴張主義行事。

💥 Although the British first settled here in 1882, Kota Kinabalu (then called Jesselton) was mostly destroyed by bombs during World War II. Atkinson Clock Tower is one of the few buildings that survived the war.

What was originally planned as a 10hrs wedding photo & video package turned into a 14hrs wedding day.
