泰式炆牛肉炒可
1 featherblade 牛嘅部位 (@goldenpighk 可以訂)
Braising Sauce 炆汁材料
12 tablespoons Oyster Sauce 蠔油
6 tablespoons dark soy 老抽
6 tablespoons light soy 生抽
8 tablespoons sugar 砂糖
300ml water 水
Stir Fry 炒河材料:
300-400g Flat Rice Noodles 愛你炒嘅河粉
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 菜油
3-4 cloves garlic, minced 蒜頭
2-3 Bird’s eye chilies 指天椒
1/2 onion 洋蔥或者乾燥
2 spring onions 蔥花
3-4 sprigs of fresh green peppercorns 青胡椒請
1 cut Thai Basil 金不換
Fried garlic 炸蒜
Fried onions 炸洋蔥
你可以加你鍾意炒嘅菜都得
用中火煎塊牛肉每一邊. Bring the featherblade to room temperature and gently sear all sides.
加晒啲炆汁材料 同埋夠牛肉落一個大煲裏面Place in a large braising pot and then mix in the braising sauce and bring to a boil.
冚蓋放落個焗爐用125度局黃至三個鐘. 喺爐頭用細火蚊兩至三個鐘都得㗎. Transfer the pot into an oven set at 125C and braise for 2 hours, turning half way through.
啲牛肉炆完之後就可以走如何瞓啦. 用個鑊去炒香啲蒜蓉洋蔥蔥同指天椒. 你都可以落一半嘅金不換派籌. In a hot wok, fry the garlic, onions, chilies, some spring onions and Thai basil.
加啲河粉跟住用炆牛肉椰汁加埋落去濕炒
Add the flat noodles and add some of the braising liquid as stir frying.
呢啲新鮮金不換放埋落去咁就可以貸款啦. 切啲牛肉放上去跟住可以加啲炸蒜同埋啲炸洋蔥新鮮金不換同指天椒都得㗎Place in a plate and add some nice slices of featherblade.
Serve with some fresh Thai basil, coriander, fried garlic and onions

- Pan sear 2 minutes each side for browning.
2) Fried Rice
- Heat up pan with little oil
- Cut pouch and pour rice into pan
- Stir fry for 1 minute will do
3) Chicken bolognese pasta
- Put Spaghetti and bolognese sauce pouch into boiling water for 5 minutes
- Cut Spaghetti pouch and pouch spaghetti to plate.
- Cut bolognese sauce pouch pour on top of spaghetti
4) Japanese Lamb curry / Rendang Beef/ Mutton Masala
- Heat pan with little oil
- Cut pouch and pour food into pan
- Stir fry 1 minute will do
5) Lamb Shank
- Put pouch into boiling water for 5-7 minutes
- Cut pouch and serve in plate

Can stewwd tomatoes - 411 g
Clams --------------------------- 300 g
Prawns ------------------------- 8 Pcs
Scallops ----------------------- 6 Pcs
Stocks -------------------------- 2 Cups
White wine ------------------- 1 Cup
Minced Garlic -------------- 4 Cloves
Onion --------------------------- 1/2 Pcs
Butter --------------------------- 1.5 Tbsp
Black Pepper --------------- 1/4 tsp
Salt ------------------------------ A Few

Preparation:
1. Heat up a cooking pot, add oil. Sear the scallops on both sides. Reserve to use later.
2. Use the same pot and oil, stir fry with chopped onion and minced garlic to enhance flavors.
3. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute. Then add can tomatoes and stocks. Bring to boil.
4. Add mussel, clams and prawns into the cooking pot. Cook until the shells of mussel opened.
5. Add scallops, butter. Seasoning with salt and black pepper. Finally add a touch of parsley.

「義式燉海鮮」
材料:-
青口/貽貝...............1kg
罐裝燴番茄 ............1罐(411g)
蜆/蛤唎...................300g
蝦............................8隻
帶子........................6隻
高湯........................2杯
白酒........................1杯
蒜蓉........................4瓣
洋蔥(切碎)..............1/2個
牛油........................1.5湯匙
黑椒碎....................1/4茶匙
鹽............................適量
番茜碎....................適量
做法:-
1. 熱油鍋下帶子煎香兩面拿出備用。
2. 鍋內下洋蔥碎、蒜蓉炒香,然後注入白酒煮1分鐘,加入罐裝燴番茄、高湯煮至沸騰。
3. 將青口、蜆、蝦加入鍋內,煮至青口殼、蜆殼打開、蝦殼轉紅後,加入帶子、牛油、適量黑椒碎和鹽拌勻,最後撒下番茜碎便可。

Tomato Slices 3 pcs
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken (smoked paprika teriyaki sauce coated) 1 pcs
Cheddar Cheese 1 pcs
Fried Egg 1 nos
Pickled Purple Cabbage 30g
Mayonnaise 20g
Top Bun
【Steps to cooking】
1. Marinate boneless chicken chop with salt, black pepper, ginger, cayenne powder, and garlic powder, for at least 30 minutes.
2. i. Pan sear marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.ii. Toast burger bun on pan until golden brown.iii. Cook fry egg on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.iv. Squeeze mayonnaise on burger bun in a zigzag motion.
v. Dip grilled marinated chicken into Ebara teriyaki sauce.vi. Place according to sequence: Burger bun, mayonnaise, green coral lettuce, tomato slices, grilled marinated chicken, cheddar cheese, fried egg, pickled purple cabbage, mayonnaise, burger bun.
