🌸 Set a timer for Instagram! You can find it on your Instagram settings, try not to spend more than an hour on it a day! ✨

🌸 Turn grayscale on your iPhone! Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Shortcuts and hit ‘Color Filters’! You can swap between grayscale and color on your phone so you won’t spend so much time on it 💛
.
🌸 Create a secret IG account and have fun with it! Ahha. Post up silly things, make fun of yourself and of your friends! No editing, no filters, just a collection of raw memories you can look back and laugh at 🙊
