Currently in Hong Kong, luckily we have the likes of Chef Uwe Opocensky, Richard Ekkebus, & Shane Osborn, etc already leading us towards this goal of future Responsible Dining. Personally, I try to align myself with this new, better balanced Daily Consumption Life as it evolves, since everyone else is sharing the same Planet. But as we all know, the clock is ticking away fast.. 🌎⏰.

當中每道菜都有水準 其中較欣賞Wagyu Bavette
Marbling分佈平均 Nice&tender texture😌
Octopus 烤得剛好 嫩滑帶Grill Flavour
Risotto用上truffle butter 濃烈但略鹹
但中意佢加入Mushroom Pumpkin豐富口感層次
